Bought my new to me Jeep at a&s prestige, they were great,got everything sorted in a couple days. After a week had a minor issue ...a sensor...and they fixed it same day no charge..always friendly and great customer service..for a small used car dealership..lots of different cars to choose from. Test drove a van, gave some concerns about things we didn't believe were up to par. Paid a deposit and picked up van next week, seats were cleaner, and seatbelts retracted way better. For the year of the car it was a good price compared to what other vans are going for. Haven't had a problem with the van since buying it. Straight forward people here, don't mess around, and seem to be honest. I'd buy from them again.

I purchased a 2004 Honda Civic Coupe from Fadi @ Prestine January 19 2022 for $5K.. What a very disappointing experience. This car was sold to me with a Head Gasket & overheating issues. This car had the check engine lights coming on continuously causing me a lot of stress. I live in Barrie and had to drive and tow this car back to Prestine at least 4 separate occasions, to correct this car of a lemon I wasted my money on.They still didn't get the problem solved. I ended up having to sell the car as is for $1,200.00 informing the person I sold it to of the issues.Fadi is a very inconsiderate person who doesn't care after he gets your money.My advice to anyone, Please do not think about stopping a this dealership. You will be wasting you time & money.

Fadi is very good at what he does and he is very honest and upfront about the cars, the work he does and everything else. Just bought a Nissan Sentra from him and he made sure everything was taken care of. It came with winter tires and I was looking to get some all-season tires to go with it, and he got a set and had them installed immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine Auto Sales sold my grandma a car safetied with the incorrect size tires as well as front to rear tires being different sizes. I brought it up and there was no interest in doing anything to make this right. Be sure to get an opinion from your honest mechanic before buying something “safetied” here

I recently bought a Subaru Forester from Pristine Auto Services and had a great experience. Very professional and honest family business.My car started showing the engine light, and the oil at temperature light a few days after purchasing it, but Fadi took care of fixing the problem. He provided me with a vehicle for me to be able to get around while my car was being fixed and was very flexible with my schedule.Would definitely recommend this dealership!
