Experience here started off poorly but ended well so leaving 4 stars.Server was frankly terrible and took forever to take our order and bring waters. Restaurant was quite slow as well.Maybe she sensed our annoyance but anyways she was much better for the rest and very niceBreakfast was quite good too. I would come back

Food quality is below average, like a school cantina, also it was cold…and they’re seriously understaffed… 2 waiters for the whole restaurant

Stayed at the Best Western Hotel so came to Whitespot for some breakfast this morning! Staff were super friendly and although it looked like it might be a slow service, the food came super quick. I got the breakfast wrap and it was delicious. Thanks so much chef. Total for two meals and two coffees was $47.84

Here is my cold, and burnt to a cold crisp legendary burger and cold fries 25 minutes later, I opened my bun, to a ripped in half 1/8 inch burnt cold burger. Then the audacity to ask for a tip starting at $10.63 being the lowest and upwards of $15.00, woah. Step your game up.

Whitespot always has really great food. Eating her this afternoon was REALLY great. The zoo sticks, steak sandwich, perogies, shrimp, and shake were excellent! Nice place to be and would love to eat here again. Staff was very friendly and professional, though some of the staff need some deodorant.

We decided to have a late breakfast (11:00) on Sunday. The rush was over and staff must have been cleaning up as it took 10 mins to get us coffee. They were apologetic and nice people. I digress for one moment. To the one customer who was berating a staff person over having to put their licence plate # down, get a life!" You are the reason people don't want to work in the hospitality industry. The meals were ok. I didn't feel stuffed after finishing my meal. I don't think I would visit the restaurant again. If you are staying in the hotel

It was the first time we had dinner at White Spot and all our family enjoyed their meals. The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice. The restaurant is located inside the Best Western hotel but has its own parking lot.

It's your usual white spot but located in Best western Hotel. Maybe because of that it wasn't that busy. Food was plenty but tastes just average. I've tried different meals couple of times and I think they all taste about the same.

This white spot served my husband and I a fully raw chicken burger. Management on site did not resolve this to our satisfaction and we were in a hurry so Ive reached out to Whitespot HQ multiple ways - via website, Twitter, instagram. They asked for my email address and assured me I would be contacted - this was over 2 weeks ago and I’ve still heard nothing!Whitespot does not care about serving dangerous and disgusting raw meat to their customers.

Just had the worse breakfast ever at a White Spot for the first time, normally quite good.Our server was good and apologized for the kitchen issues but was managing too many tables. First issue was both of our eggs were incorrectly cooked, requested over easy and eggs received fully cooked, no running. Sent them backs and replacement eggs 15 mins later were undercooked and the white part was runny. On initial order requested shredded hash browns well done and crispy, received barely cooked and all white. Took another 15mins to get replacement, by that time we had finished breakfast so left them.$50 wasted on breakfast for 2, mgmt your problem is your kitchen not fulfilling customer requests and understaffed and no apparent available manager. Will not return to this location, cooking eggs is not rocket science so major fail.
