This review is for Darren Thompson and the Detailing team at Porsche Centre dealership. I've been doing all my paint protection business through Darren for over 10 years now. First class person who always looks after his customers. Had a tough situation where my Mercedes' paint was damaged after service at another dealership. Reached out to Darren and him and his team really took care of me and made sure my car was brought back even better than it's original state with some new PPF, polishing and graphene coating.They let me hang around the center and took the time to explain all the damage they saw and what they were going to do to correct it to make sure it met my expectations. Excellent guys who you can tell are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and hold themselves to a high standard.Thank you guys and if anyone is reading this and wants top notch detailing/PPF services for your car, I can confirm that whatever make or model they will take care of you and do an excellent job!

I'm a Tesla owner but had the pleasure of being referred to come see Jed Bouscal in the Detailing department to get some Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Coating services done for my brand new Model 3 last week. Jed was very easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate me on short notice. He answered all my questions and concerns about PPF and Ceramic Coating services and was able to provide me with the right package tailored to my protection needs. I had PPF applied on my Model 3's full frontal, rocker panels and wheel wells, and Ceramic Coating applied to my entire car's exterior and the interior's synthetic-leather for a total price of $3,737.85 which was a great value for what I was getting. The services were extremely professionally done within two days with no issues so far and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and openness of the shop downstairs. I'd definitely recommend anyone to come see Jed if you want the peace of mind of having your vehicle protected!

I recently purchased brand new Macan from Porsche Centre Calgary. Such a great experience buying my first Poesche from here! Jay Gomboc, my salesperson, was Awesome!!! He is pleasant and knowledgeable, I did not feel rush, he answered all my questions and helped me complete the order over the phone. The Finance manager, Ryan Uhi was very professional and attentive. He answered all my questions regarding the finaning and he walked me through the process of the vehicle service. The whole buying process was easy and stress free. Zach Stang is an excellent delivery person, he went over all the features of my new car thoroughly and help me set up the vehicle. Overall, this is the best dealership and I would highly recommend it, and I will be returning for all my future Porsche purchases. Thanks team!You guys are the best.

I have dreamed of owning a Porsche for quite some time now. The GT3RS convinced me that it was a good time for me to drive a Porsche since I had been on the waitlist for the GT4. Overall excellent experience with Porsche Calgary. Recently purchased a new Cayenne and from reception to sales (Michael) to delivery (Garrett), each step of the process was smooth, professional and courteous.The service department has also been exceptional to work with on my older Porsche. The advisor (Melissa) was great, explaining each part of the work, providing a quote and arranging a loaner. The work was conducted exactly as described (including a dent repair while it was in for service).Big shout out to everyone at Porsche Calgary - thanks!

Outstanding service....magnificent showroom. We tried all luxury brand vehicles and Porsche was just a no brainer on every level.

I have previously purchased luxury cars from the Mercedes Benz & BMW car dealerships in Calgary. I personally have found that they are not as good as Porsche Centre Calgary. The layout & ambience inside the showroom at Porsche Centre Calgary are very tidy, spacious, bright, inviting & relaxing. The receptionist in the showroom is very polite and attentive.In December, 2021, I custom ordered a 2022 Porsche Taycan 4S through Jay Gomboc. He is very friendly, honest, professional & very helpful in guiding me & my wife to select the practical options for this car, and in assisting us in making the final decision on the exterior colour (Cherry Red) for this car. During the entire custom ordering & purchasing processes, Jay made me feel very comfortable & at ease. He didn't rush me & didn't give me any sale pressure.My 2022 Taycan 4S was finally delivered from Germany to Porsche Centre Calgary at the end of June, 2022. During these 6 months before my Taycan arrived at this dealership, Jay constantly kept me informed of & updated me through e-mails on the expected/revised delivery dates of my Taycan. He was always very prompt in responding to any questions that I had on my Taycan during these 6 months.On the day when I went to Porsche Centre Calgary to take delivery of my Taycan, the entire delivery service/process at Porsche Centre Calgary was well organized & went very smoothly. Its specialist Garrett Geck, who is very professional & polite, patiently took about an hour by sitting beside me inside the car to teach me how to use & operate the LED touch screens. He also helped me properly set up the PCM (Porsche Communication Management) in this car to suit my personal profile/preferences.I strongly recommend to anyone who will go to Porsche Centre Calgary to take delivery of a car, he/she should put aside at least an hour in his/her schedule to take this session from its specialist. This time is well worth it.About a week after I took ownership of & driving my Taycan 4S, the PCM in this car started to have some software glitches. It mysteriously didn't show up my profile & didn't activate my personal settings whenever I started this car. I then phoned Garrett to inform him of this PCM problem. He then immediately worked together with his colleague Zach Stang to contact Porsche Canada & then Porsche USA to troubleshoot this PCM problem for my car.About 2 days later, Zach phoned & told me that he had already made an appointment for me & asked me to take my Taycan to drop off at his Service Department for its technician Austin to fix this PCM software problem by following the instructions that were given to them by Porsche USA. It then took Austin a few hours to reset the PCM in my Taycan & to properly reconnect the PCM back to the satellite to completely fix this PCM glitch for my Taycan. I want to give a big thumbs-up to Garett, Zach & Austin for their excellent team work, and their very prompt & super customer support/services.In conclusion, I personally find that Porsche Centre Calgary is a first class & top-notch luxury car dealership in Calgary. I believe its corporate culture is to require all its people to always provide prompt, responsive & the best customer service/support to its customers. This culture has made my purchase of the 2022 Taycan 4S the best & very enjoyable luxury car purchasing experience so far.Dave Kwan

Fantastic Service! I wanted to take a moment to compliment Darren Thompson and his staff at the Porsche Detail Center for their excellent job on applying protective film on the full front end as well as mirrors, windshield pillars and the leading edge of the roof on my 2021 Toyota 4 Runner. If you have looked at the front of one of these vehicles there are a lot of curves and intricate pieces to deal with which make it quite challenging. Darren had done a similar job on another vehicle of mine 13 years ago and I was determined to have him do this one as well. The experience doesn’t get any better, Great service and on time.
