They were very quick to respond when our furnace broke down. They provided space heaters to keep us warm as the temperature outside was -30. They offered us options for replacement and didn't pressure us to get more than what we needed. The guys were very polite and courteous and I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

We recently upgraded our heating and cooling system even though we just replaced out a/c system last year after the condenser went. We upgraded our electric furnace to a top of the line 98% efficiency gas furnace and also went with a larger furnace as our house was cold throughout winter and warm in summer. The service we received was top notch. Not only were they accommodating because our gas line took more than 3 months to install, they came quickly after the line was installed. The work was very professional and neat and clean. They worked on one of the coldest days so far (-41C). Hands down there's no other place I felt so satisfied with. We have signed a maintenance plan with them and will continue to use Titanium Mechanical for our home heating and cooling. Thanks.

We had an issue with our septic pump and called. We got an appointment day of and our technician Peter was fantastic! Fixed our issue same day and was very polite and professional.
