U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

A very strange place for sure. Booking and picking up was okay. However let's see what happened next. I went to drop off the truck, was told uhaul part of store was closed eventhough store is open. They refused to finalize my account saying tomorrow tomorrow!! Never seen that before. Anyway, the day after came then day after passed as well. No email. No call. No clue how much they charged. Nothing. I urge uhaul to close that location fully or force them to act like actual uhaul places. If I didn't buy insurance which I don't usually do, I would be terrified to rent or return anything or even ever deal with this place.

Convenient location, always seem to have vehicle availiable. The U-Haul self rent & self return options works best here in evening hours while store is still open, but during the day staff are helpful and knowledgeable to assist with rental.

Would never rent a truck from this place again. The agent in charge of receiving doesn't know what a good customer service is.

Terrible customer service! I went there to try to know and understand more about renting a truck and the guy treated me like trash. I really don't understand how places managed by people like him are still open! Will never go back there again!

They kept trying to sell me a custom hitch for $300 when I have a tow package on my Sierra!

Trusted them for decades. We never go anywhere else.
