Story: I am a US Soldier and was on a PCS move to Alaska. My car had broken down and they were the only shop in all of Quesnel that was willing to look at and work on my car on the day that I called in. They produced a solution in less than 24 hours, to include ordering parts with overnight delivery and working on it first thing in the morning.Their service goes beyond expectation of any mechanic. Their leadership indicates that they are in the business of PEOPLE - not only do they serve their community, but also a potential risky foreigner (guy traveling from the United States). They work for the needs of people, to include their own employees, as management communicated clearly to their employees and emplaced risk-mitigation factors to ensure the safety of their workers.This shop is top tier.

We broke down with our 1992 old Iveco Motorhome.Bill with his most dedicated Team fixed our Car despite that it is realy difficult to get parts for it.They got us on the road again .Thank you very much you are the best!!!

These guys made me cry. But good tears. Having a really really hard time, my husband had been in ICU all weekend and they were shipping him to Kelowna by air ambulance that day, and I hadn’t had time with everything that’s been going on to put my winter tires on. I called around but as soon as I explained the situation to the lady at Downtown tire, she told me to come straight up and I was next on the list. They had my winters on in 45 minutes so I could be on the road to Kelowna to be with my husband. I am so grateful for this amazing kindness. For making sure I could travel safe with no delays ❤️ Thank you thank you thank you. These guys have my business for life .

Had slow leak in tire. They were able to repair it immediately. Technician and front desk clerk were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the prompt and friendly service.

One of the best mechanic shops I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with hands down. My F350 broke down mid trip in Quesnel late at night and these guys had me back on the road the next morning for a great price. Can’t say enough good things about this place and their crew.

Did repair to truck and it was not done greatly . They removed wheel cover and didn't replace it right. They replaced it only request. Not they never did fix the low tire alarm. They said they replace filler valve. Still. leakingStill have alarm ony display

Stopped in with an emergency atv tire swap so I could go back to work. The owner or manager of the shop jumped on the tire machine had me going in 30 minutes. Shook my hand and no charge. This is the level of service that will makee come back. Thank you!!!

Had a leak in my tire, these guys got us in right away, fast and very friendly service, knowledgeable staff! Were able to find and repair the leak in my tire, after going the extra mile, taking the tire off, and looking inside the tire. Would 100% recommend! Thanks Simon!!
