Lovely family owned business. I have been a client for many years. Friendly, fast efficient service. Clean, nice atmosphere. Plastic shields between client and operator for Covid-19. I like that wait time for walk-In is not long. Quality products and service. I have never been disappointed. Best nail salon in Waterdown. I love to support my town.

I come here for shellac manicures. Quality work, friendly owners who don’t skip steps. This is my go-to. I don’t get elaborate designs so I can’t comment in that respect, but if you’re looking for a long-lasting, beautiful manicure, this is a great place! It’s a little on the pricier side but I think it’s worth it!

Best place to get your nails done! Pauline does my shellac manicure perfectly every time. I keep going back to her because her manicures are always thorough, never rushed and her application of shellac somehow always lasts longer than any other place I've been to. She speaks perfect English and has always been friendly and personable. A pleasure to visit every time. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable for the value. Shop is extremely clean and personal manicure sets ensure safe hygiene.

Had a great experience from the time I walked in the door. VERY clean and VERY professional. My toes and fingers look amazing! Feel like a new person. Give this place a go if u haven't already. If u have, time to go back!!! Thrilled. Wish there was a 6 star!

Very poor quality of technique. The man who did my daughters nails was quite rough with her, didn’t even bother to push her cuticles back and cut more than one of her fingers. My daughter came out in tears with hurt fingers but also a very sloppy manicure.? The blood on her nails wasn’t wiped of before a top clear coat was put on. I just shake my head and wonder if the health department shouldn’t be notified. Are the tools cleaned properly before each person bleeds on them?

I have been going to Perfect Nails for about a year now.I always ask for Pauline...just because I am thoroughly pleased with how she does my nails.Somehow my shellac manicure lasts Way LongerShe does a lovely job. I’ve gone to other places if out of town. The shellac Never lasts as long.Price is very reasonable. Excellent quality.Definitely worth the extra drive and time it takes me to get there!

He filed my nails so badly that he made me bleed. One nail was bleeding but there was several others on the verge of bleeding. I don't know why he is so rough, but moving my hand away saying ouch should give you an indication that you're being too rough. He did a good shaping them but the bio gel was so thin that two of my nails came off. I came back to get them fixed and bad to pay $10 for it. It was like not even a week of having them. Writing this review now and 2 others have not broke as well. This is how I know they weren't done well. I will not be coming back unfortunately, I was willing to give another shot but at this point I am spending way more time and money to fix broken nails.

I have known the owners for over 15 years, I started as a customer at their Burlington Salon and followed when they moved the shop to waterdown. The service is amazing, they are truly wonderful people. I have seen many price lists around, and for the quality of product and service you get, the price is great! Ive have recommended many people to the salon over the years, and they are all still loyal customers! Keep up the great work Henry and Paulina!
