Double A Trailers

Nothing wrong with their trailers. Bought a triaxle gooseneck double trailer years ago, and it has taken ALOT of abuse. Well built indeed. Couple friends all bought flat deck goosenecks and love them. BUT they use to be a custom trailer builder and could build step deck trailers and HUGE dump trailers. Found out recently that they are sticking with just the main line up of trailers like everyone else now. Still a good product just no longer meet the custom" standard anymore which is really too bad"

Very well built trailer in Alberta..at a fair price.

We purchased a soft-tilt trailer from Double A back in 2019 and were very happy with it for 1st year.Second year we noticed is was harder to make go up and down. Third year was getting impossible, so we looked at what might be causing the problem and noticed there was no grease zerks on the main pivot, so it was basically black pipe on a shaft which was rusting. Forth year is does not do anything unless you have at least 2 guys bouncing on it to make it move at all. This is a DESIGN problem of the manufacturer and I would NOT recommend to buy one until they get this fixed and as well recall the existing trailers and fix their problem. I have emailed them and have called them , but no one has returned my call to make this right.

This is the only place you should buy your trailer from!We traveled over 2000 km to pick up our trailer, because of timing we were going to get there after closing. To help us out they left it out front for us to pick up.Our custom trailer is a thing of beauty!We were having a bit of trouble getting everything sorted and luckily someone was still there, he stayed to help us out.We are extremely grateful for the help he provided us even though he was done working for the day.I highly recommend these guys!

We purchased a roll of bin trailer 4 years ago product was decent, how ever it got stole. Spoke to the owner about a new one and they had prices listed on Kijiji with pricing. He would not honour the price listed. Very unfortunate as the price difference was $500 on a $18500 trailer. Guess they don’t want repeat business.... trailer was not even in stock we would have pre purchased the trailer and waited 8-10 weeks to get it

Trailer was delivered without charging systems (solar charger and Purkey's quick charge), and the swing out door handle was misaligned (required two people to close it). They immediately agreed to install the charging systems and fix the door handle BUT we have to take the trailer to Two Hills at our own expense ($220 for gas plus 5 hours driving (round trip) plus waiting time)!We're happy with the trailer so far, but their quality control and chintzy follow-up are very disappointing. They obviously do NOT stand behind their product.
