I contracted the services of Inspection Services Plus in 2019 to follow the development and progress of a brand new home that I had built.I am extremely satisfied with the work and support that M. Lessard provided throughout the entire process. Inspection Services Plus offers a 5 stage process that carefully monitors each of the major steps of building a home. Step 1 is a partial verification of the initial work done by the contractor. Step 2 is to analyze the concrete and ensure that there are no cracks and to review the quality of the concrete. Step 3 is to inspect the assembly of the structure (beams, joists and columns). Step 4 the flashing and the drainage levels are reviewed. Step 5 is the last step and a detailed review of the build of the house is carried out.The above information is easily obtainable through M. Lessard but what I would like to really highlight is the service. M. Lessard cares about his clients and their investments and that was the way I felt throughout my my entire experience with Inspection Services Plus. M. Lessard will travel to the construction site as required, will speak directly with the contractors, point out issues and have them correct issues on the spot if possible, M. Lessard will write a report that details the non-conformance(s) and sends everything to the builder and us (the end client). M. Lessard also calls regularly to discuss his findings and explains everything verbally to ensure that we understand the non-conformance.When I have had questions or needed guidance on how to manage the builder and non-conformances M. Lessard always picked up the phone and gave me the time needed to fully answer my questions. Lastly, even when the five steps were completed his job was complete M. Lessard has always answered my questions. M. Lessard’s support is always there and with professionalism and quality.Overall, I am very happy to have worked with Inspection Services Plus.
