I am unable to visit family at Greenfields. Not only is your maintenance very poor, your staff park on the sidewalk and throw their cigarette butts all over the lawn. And instead of addressing it professionally, you just remove the review and ignore the requests.Allow me to clarify. The unit OWNED by your company or someone who works there and people who work for your company are doing a favour and renovating the unit. Starting at 5am and finishing at 8pm. Again another inconsiderate move on your part.And why should I clarify when a phone call to your company was made and your representative said she would address the issue? She knew exactly who and what was being brought to her attention.

Friendly efficient workers

This company is a disappointment all around. Over the years, I’ve watched them “maintain” our property when and if they feel like it and to a bare minimum. The work is poor quality and the employees are negligent. I have witnessed them hit vehicles with their snow removal equipment, almost hit a neighbours pet in their yard with a lawn mower, and damage the condo property by parking in no park zones even when politely asked to move. Recently they continue to park on the public pathway by the condos thereby blocking access for the elderly, disabled, families with small children and other individuals to get to their vehicles in the parking lot safely. They litter on our property. They do not respect any of the owners and tenants. One of the employees even stated that he could do what he wanted because he belonged to Howe’s Landscaping. It’s beyond frustrating when owners are required to pay outrageous maintenance fees for this kind of treatment. Never experienced such poor services.

I highly recommend Howes. They are professional, on time, and reliable. Their rates are fair and customer service was excellent when I needed to contact them.
