Brent did a fantastic job moving our water pipes away from the wall (they kept on freezing in the winter). He was very informative and made sure we understood what he was doing every step of the way. He also replaced our kitchen faucet, which we are extremely happy with. I would recommend Brent for any plumbing needs. His prices are very fair, and his work is exceptional.

Brent did the job for a fraction of the price that others would do it for. He communicated promptly and was extremely friendly. He's a delightful guy, and I 100% recommend him to anybody.

I needed two water valves replaced before I had my new washer delivered. I called Brent and he was able to come out the same day and replace everything prior to the delivery truck arriving. I really appreciated his professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely be calling him again.

Used Brent's services after receiving a referral for a bathroom renovation at a rental (complete vanity, toilet, shower and flooring install). He was great at the beginning, really quick to communicate and sent a quote over text without having done an on-site walk through.He ended up completing the job in half the time estimated (2 days instead of 4) even with some of the problems he ran in to which included purchase of flooring that was just a little too short.3 stars because of the complete 180 in attitude that occurred when I tried communicating my disappointment to Brent when I found out from my tenant after the fact that the vanity Brent had purchased (for an additional cost that I was not even made aware of until seeing the invoice) essentially had the bottom of a drawer cut out which essentially made it useless. Brent implied that he had spoken to my tenant about this and that my tenant was supposed to tell me however my question to Brent was - why would you purchase a vanity for me that did not fit the bathroom? He also implied that I should know about all the additional costs of a larger vanity because he thought I knew about renovations... Buddy, I wouldn't even be calling you if I knew how to renovate a bathroom. You're the Professional here.It was also communicated to Brent as well that the baseboard Caulking was all cracking and a drywall patch that he made wasn't taped properly so it is now cracking.After this discussion, his question to me was So what do you want me to do here? Ask you to communicate with your tenant better?" instead of offering to at least fix the baseboard caulking and instead decided to also tell me that he did more work for me because the bathroom was not roughed in by the builders correctly yet he still only took half the time to complete the renovation than what he quoted me.Again

Brent from Complete Mechanical replaced a vanity for us. He did a very professional job, and was a positive and friendly guy to have in our house. We appreciated his hardworking attitude, rain or shine. We'll definitely use him in the future!

I needed some work done in my bathrooms (shut off valves to the toilets and flush valves replaced) I called Brent based on his reviews and set up an appointment with him. He was very pleasant to talk to, gave me estimates for the work over the phone beforehand, was on time the day of the appointment and worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner.
