Always great service! We have had many windows repaired here and are always satisfied.

EDIT ....I will edit my review.I do not feel the need to fall into your games.... But for the people looking at these reviews trying to decide if they should go with your conpany...DO NOT. All the proof needed is we sued and 100% won.This nightmare started 6 years ago but finally ended last year, with us winning and being right about the awful quality and costumer service. This is public knowledge. Anyone can look up this company and see they got sued and LOST. We will continue to tell this story so no one else has to deal with what we dealt with.

Cette organisation est l'une des meilleures des fournisseurs de service avec qui j'ai eu le plaisir de transiger dans les derniers mois au travers d'une rénovation exigeante. Ils ont été au-delà afin de m'accommoder dans des délais impossibles et ce, toujours avec le sourire. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable pour avoir magasiner mes produits chez plusieurs fournisseurs, et le service, en tout temps, exceptionnel. Avant, durant et après, on ne nous laisse pas tomber une fois qu'on a encaissé notre argent comme bien d'autres. Merci à l'équipe de Claude et Martin, vous êtes mes stars!

Completely aggravated from the lack of common courtesy and customer service received by this company!My windows were changed while I wasn't home however the syndicat of the condo building I live in was. I came back to what looked like a tornado in my daughter's room!We were advised the night before that they would come and change the windows. Nevermind this company was a month late but on top of that the wrong window was changed!We had requested for a window in my daughter's room as well as a window in our room to be replaced. Somehow that turned into two windows in my daughter's room being replaced and our room still has a window that lets cold air through... Bravo champions!To move things out of the way is one thing. But to throw everything in my daughter's crib where she sleeps is another. To have foot marks from their shoes going all the way down to the kitchen and not cleaning up in unacceptable.The couch and blinds were not removed because my daughter sleeps in there. I can't exactly remove everything while she's sleeping and I'm not going to be late for work because your workers don't want to be considerate and professional.Her sheets are now ripped (thank god her mattress isn't).I don't understand what the point was to take the couch cover and throw it in her crib. It's called common sense. Move the couch and simply put the blinds and curtains onto the couch. It's not rocket science!Furthermore there are nails everywhere! We can't even put her blinds up because of the way they were left.This is exactly why we wanted the windows to be done on the weekend. So we can be here to monitor the work and not have to deal with pure stupidity at 6pm.

Not the one to write reviews but when an owner of a company tells you that the will call you Friday 2 weeks after you spoke with him(Andre Senecal) ans it’s been 3 weeks it just blows my mind. Wanted to encourage locally but I guess he doesn’t need business. Too bad you can’t put zero stars. Good job. Keep it up!!!!!!

EDITED...Dear Mr.Martin Senécal. We brought Porte et Fenêtre Senécal to court because the windows were cracked AND WE WON. It is public knowledge for anyone who would like to look up your company and see it lost this case in court. Sadly, you would not help us when we politely and concernedly asked.We were not difficult, we wanted windows that worked and the court AGREED.

Great service and quality

Went there to price a single pane window replacement. Extremely expense!!!not the place for window repairs. They don't even do the repairs on site.

J'ai magasiné plusieurs compagnies et lue beaucoup de commentaires sur les compagnies qui font des portes et fenêtres avant de choisir Portes et Fenêtres André Senécal. J'ai besoin des fenêtres de qualités et un prix compétitif. J'ai alors demandé 3 soumissions pour ma porte et 12 fenêtres. Après avoir comparer les prix, la qualité des produits et le service à la clientèle, j'ai alors choisi d'aller à l'avant avec Porte et fenêtres Senécal, une petite entreprise familiale. Claude, le propriétaire est très patient et comprend très bien mes besoins. Il m'a recommandé les fenêtres de Lapco. J'ai lu plusieurs commentaires que les fenêtres Lapco ont des problèmes de thermo qui font des bués et ca m'a inquiété. J'ai alors demandé à Claude, pourquoi les gens disent que les fenêtres Lapco font des bués après quelques années. Il m'a répondu qu'il y a une période, Lapco a fait affaire avec une entreprise pour ces thermos et cette entreprise fait les thermos de piètres qualités. Suite à plusieurs plaintes de problème thermo, Lapco a du remplacé les thermos pour ces clients. Depuis, Lapco fait affaire avec Robover. Claude, serviable et patient, même si on l'a vu et contacté plusieurs fois pour des petits ajustements et changement de couleur, il reste toujours disponible pour nous. Dû au grande demande, ma commande de fenêtres fait au mois de Janvier peut être installer seulement au mois de Juillet. Pour ce qui est de l'installation, Éric a fait une très belle travail. Je vous recommande fortement d'encourager cette petite entreprise local pour la qualité, prix et service.
