Great crew! I had Andre and his team put together an 800 square foot dek hockey surface in my backyard. In terms of customer service and quality of work, I can’t say anything bad about them. The way they put up the polls and set up all of the protective netting all around and how friendly they were throughout the whole process made it a lot easier than I was expecting it to be. Usually with these kind of jobs you expect heavy delays and issues with communication, but not with Flexcourt. I plan on reaching out to them for future courts similar to this one! don’t hesitate, you’ll be very happy with their results.

Flex Court was contracted to build our tennis court. Andre did a great job and was very pleasant at our meetings. It has been 2 years since, he has been paid in full but I am still needing more tiles to completely finish the job. I have left numerable phone messages and emails to no avail. He doesn't even have the courtesy to return my call. I am willing to pick up the additional tiles and hire someone else to install them but a resolution isn't possible when there is no communication.Andre, you know I have advanced cancer and need my energy for self healing. Instead I have to waste it on you by chasing you company around to no avail. Extremely disappointed with the end result.

We had previously put in a concrete pad with a net and wanted to upgrade the look of the court. We came across the Flex Court site and loved the idea of something that was more cushioning and better looking than concrete paint. Andre mad the process of ordering very easy and the shipment came in shortly thereafter.We chose the DIY option as the pad was already done, but in hindsight wish we had opted for Flexcourt to do the full installation of the pad and court instead of doing it in stages.For anyone choosing the DIY option, note that the invoice says the lines will be printed on prior to shipping; however it will take place on site after you have laid out the court. There were some delays, but completely understandable given the COVID lockdowns and restrictions. Very happy with the end result and the only regret is that we didn’t have them do the concrete pad and court for us at the outset.

Post-sales customer service has not been good. I received a basketball net over a year ago and received the wrong backboard as it is constantly on an angle when it is raised or lowered. Andre came in the winter to verify that the backboard was wrong and promised to fix it this spring. Its now November and despite multiple voicemails and emails, no response and no follow-up. The product itself seems good, but the after-sales support for the company is lacking.

Andre L and team were great, they went out of way to help us built this court for our Son’s birthday. Also the work done was very precise check the picture we posted. Andre answered my frequent phone calls without getting irritated for silly questions and came three times to fix the small things.Thank you Andre and team for putting up a great job and being so friendly. My son has become great fan of yours.I highly recommend your services for this great weekend experience.

We purchased a basketball court last summer from FlexCourt Canada. I must say, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their products. The staff that did the install was friendly and professional, the timeline was respected, although weather can be unpredictable, Andre made sure to follow-up on our project in a timely manner. I definitely recommend using their services if you're looking to have a great backyard. It's totally worth the investment!

My experience has been great. Installation, service and after we bought and had it installed Olivier came back to fix up a couple of things right away. What did it for us is the fact that it's manufactured here in Canada! Great job boys. Will recommend.

Flexcourt installed the Platinum Basketball Hoop at my home - I am 100% satisfied with the product, the installation and the process.In January 2022, I reached out to FlexCourt (Andre) to discuss the basketball hoops. Andre guided me through the specs of the different options and I decided on the Platinum Hoop for my home. We discussed the timeline for installation and I was advised that it is impossible to predict exactly when the hoop could be installed since there are a number of factors taken into their planning (Length of winter; number of installations; weather). I was told that an summer installation would be possible. I was also told that a DIY installation was possible, and that would likely lead to an earlier installation (i.e. they would ship me the hoop and I could install whenever I want).On February 1, 2022, I signed the documents for the DIY optionIn early March 2022 I reviewed the DIY installation materials (which are very thorough and explain the process, step-by-step) and changed course. I decided that I wanted Flexcourt to install my basketball hoop. The Hoop requires an 18 x 6'-7' (deep) Foundation; too much for me. I got local quotes from trades and their price for the foundation was comparable to Flexcourt --> but with Flexcourt the hoop was also installed. In hindsight

Ref. Flex Court invoice 0003290Hello, Andre,I still cannot believe myself. How come a business can treat its own reputation like this. It is going to destroy your business, Andre.On April 9th, 2021, I paid Flex Court over $15,000 deposit for our backyard basketball court which is part of my son's post-surgery recovery plan. At that time, your son Oliver picked up the deposit cheque, you promised to install it in mid of May. Then it was lockdown, we understood and waited.On June 21st, after lockdown, when you came to do our neighbor's netting, you told us that our court is on your top priority list, our court should be started on June 30.Now, it is August 4th, Andre, after months delay, you only worked on the preparation of the concrete pad for 6 hours in total up-to-date. The photo is how the court looks like. After many times excuses of next week / tomorrow, when will you or your contractors come back to continue where they have left?Andre, you claimed yourself as the owner of Flex Court, however, I found the registered owner is someone else. I also found the address of Flex Court at Oakville is not exist. No matter whom you are, where you are, you are acting as a representative of Flex Court, if you really care about your business reputation, Andre, please come back to complete our court.
