I can not say enough about Mike's knowledgeable computer service. He has saved me on more than one occasion. Prompt, efficient, reliable, honest and fair. The BEST!!! As I live out of town a fair distance, I LOVE how he can fix most of my computer problems via an on-line connection with no reason to travel for service.

Very satisfied with Mike's professionalism and knowledge of computers/laptops. The files I had created on my computer were being compromized by icloud on my iphone. Mike sorted that out making my life easier. He also helped me choose a good security company for my computer and laptop. Always available and very friendly.

Mike was very professional in all my interactions with him.He was able to fix my computer (hardware issue) at a very reasonable cost to me.He communicated all important details to me in regards to parts, time for parts to arrive and fix the computer.I also really appreciated the tech remote support after the repair to check and see an error message I was receiving.Overall VERY satisfied with the work and most importantly his professionalism.Definitely will visit again if I have another issue.

Mike was absolutely fantastic! He was so thorough and kept in touch with us every step of the way. His communication and explanations were so helpful and definitely put our minds at ease.We brought him two gaming PCs that were showing some heating issues and other minor problems. It didn't him long to diagnose and he even gave us suggestions for future improvements.Very impressed with his professionalism. Will definitely be going back to him in the future!

Was slightly worried about bringing my 10k PC to an apartment to drop off, but the service was well worth going through that little bit of worry. Mike was wonderful to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable. I got my gaming PC back within a few days and it was cheaper (and faster) than it would have cost me to send it back to where I bought it from for my “free” repairs under warranty for the third time. Will now be going to Mike for all my future PC needs.

I highly recommend 2Tech Computing and its owner Mike Shurman. His quick response to a request for help with a computer e-mail issue was amazing and he expended the lengthy time required to research and fix the issue with determination and an assurance of resolving it. The day after the problem was fixed, Mike followed up by phone to confirm everything was working. When a subsequent issue arose later that day, he responded quickly, resolved it, and advised that resolution of that second issue was part of the original problem and was covered by the original very reasonable charge. Mike and 2TechComputing will be my go to" computer experts in the future and I believe anyone using their service will be as happy as I am."

Mike went above and beyond our expectations. We brought our PC in for diagnostics. Very friendly and professional, the real deal. He made us feel confident and trusting when we first dropped off our PC.We brought in a high-performance custom build that had black screen issues and wouldn't boot up. He was extremely thorough with his diagnostics process, and kept us updated the whole way through. It ended up being the GPU, and rather than handing off the problem to us, he started the manufacturer's warranty process for us to get the ball rolling at no extra cost. All we had to do was bring it to the post office for shipping.He has exceeded all expectations in professionalism, tech knowledge, pricing, and follow-up.
