He made buying a house such a breeze, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, he was very professional, experienced and helpful. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us houses any time we asked for. He really cares about his clients. We're so happy with how everything turned out - it felt like we got everything we wanted! Highly recommend.

As a first time buyer with zero knowledge when it comes to buying a home, Nico has gone above and beyond with taking the time to review and explain the entire process.Nico responds very quickly to texts and emails with everything and anything I reach out to him for-- arranging showing dates, clarification of some terms and processes. His care and expertise of helping me purchase a home stretches beyond what I could have asked for. Such as, looking at the exterior and interiors of the home; and reaching out to the selling agent to inquire about any work or potential damage. He paid great attention to what I look for in a home and always ensured that my criteria was met in each showing that we went to. Whether it was homes that I reached out to him about or homes that he had suggested based on my criteria and style, I was always happy to see how my style was factored in with each viewing. Nico helped my brother sell his home and then find the perfect new home (price, space and location) and they couldn’t be happier! After being referred he also helped my brother’s sister-in-law sell her home which had been on the market for a long time with a previous realtor.We also met with Nico when deciding whether or not to sell our current home. We find the tailored emails based in comparable houses and newsletters on what’s going on in the market informative.
