Excellent and professional staff !

Do not recommend. The person who did my taxes made many errors resulting in an audit. Once the CRA did a full review I understood the extent of the errors made on my taxes and was astonished such errors were made. This can happen so I reached out to the person who did the taxes and they responded they would help and then disappeared for months. After repeated calls, voicemails and emails I had to get the taxes redone by someone else. The only way this person would answer at all was if Breton Tax Services was copied but due to the lack of professionalism, no responses to countless calls and emails I had to go elsewhere as I could not trust they would even respond let alone correct the mistakes they made. I’m so disappointed by my experience with Breton Tax Services who I chose based on their reviews. Hopefully this helps the next person avoid the same stress.
