Very good place!

I love this place. My dog always comes back happy, and the people there are nice and helpful. I like that they have monitors up in the entrance showing the dog areas. While it's a bit out of the way for new, it's well-worth the detour.

Caring staff, great customer experience. The dogs come back happy and exhausted from all the play time. Highly recommended!

My dog loves this place. Very nice and friendly staff. Great prices. Too bad pick up fee is too high. I would love for my dog to be there during the day while I am at work. Would be great if we are able to drop off our dog in a cage ourself since I leave for work before opening hours.

Needed a last minute kennel to board Matilda poodle for one night and found this treasure. It’s on a quiet country road surrounded by horse farms. The staff speak English and French. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, patient and kind. Matilda had a lovely time, played nicely, ate her food and enjoyed being around other dogs and people. Today she is tired cuddling her new friend we bought in their shop.

We left our girlie with them for 2 days and nights. She had a great experience and made a few buddies. She was exhausted from all the playing and barking. They loved her and she loved them. The team is friendly and attentive. Their facilities are clean and spacious. We will be taking her back next time we have a family vacation.

I don't know where to start with this review but seeing all of the 1 star reviews in the past 2 months and not even a single reply from the business owners should tell you everything you need to know.We have been to this kennel before and as a result, did not read the recent reviews, but we should have..... On 27th July we booked our dog in for a 9 day visit this week. There was not a signle mention of the kennel cough cases and they gladly took our deposit.Now, 48 hours from our vacation down south, they call us to cancel the reservation and we are left to do what?? Considering the neglect that they appear to have been treating people's loved animals with, I am kind of glad that they cancelled but instead of reimbursing us, they tried to give us a credit for the next visit, like we would ever go back after the way this crisis looks like it is being handled.We asked for a reimbursement and were told it would take weeks before they are dealing with this. Owners have to deal with this too with expensive vet bills, no communication and no help from this business and they make themselves look like the victims and take a passive/ aggressive attitude with customers. You caused this, the pet owners did not and instead of acting like the victims, you should be helping your clients in their time of need
