I have been a patient of Dr. Laboncz, as well as of her daughter, Dr Baskai ( they share an office) for several years. My care has always been outstanding. I have always been seen on time. I highly recommend both...........and if you are looking for a caring and compassionate physician, join the family! Her husband, Dr. Bacskai, has his practice next door, and he has been my family doctor for many years.

Yesterday my husband & I had our bi-annual teeth cleansing and everything went well.The hygienist was courteous & professional. We were quite satisfied with our experience and would recommend others to consider Dr. Laboncz as their dental care dentist and her assistants.

I have been seeing my wonderful dentist for 30 years and after moving to Ottawa, I was reluctant to make the switch to someone new. Also, my mom is a dental hygienist and my step Dad was a dentist so I have high expectations for care.After trying a few in the city and not finding a good fit, Dr. Laboncz was recommended to our family. SHE AND HER STAFF ARE AMAZING!The dental hygienist did a fantastic and thorough cleaning; provided great teaching throughout the appointment; Dr. Laboncz was very thorough in her assessment and constructive with feedback. Her chair-side manner was also equally lovely, extending the same sentiment to her assistant. And when it came time to pay, my claim was automatically submitted which limited my paperwork to follow up on. Not to mention the receptionist was efficient and welcoming.I am so pleased to have found her and would recommend her to anyone.

I have been with Dr Laboncz for about 35 years and she has been there to provide excellent dental care, recommended needed changes and ensured all treatments were done with care, compassion and excellence. I have never had to go back to have something fixed the second time. Oral health is so important and prevents other complications.

Dr. Kinga Baskai is an outstanding prosthodontist, who has brought far more than precise, elegant solutions to my complex dental issues. Consistently, she has brought the gift of deep listening, to understand all the factors at play... and her compassionate, caring heart.Among the five crowns which Dr. Baskai installed for me, in her state-of-the-art clinic, are: an implant crown; a partial crown; and more recently, replacement of an old crown, which broke.Dr. Baskai's technical expertise in applying leading-edge dental science and technology is enhanced by her keen eye and artist's touch.I feel extremely grateful for how, with assistance from her amazing team, Dr. Baskai went way beyond the call of duty, in order to address my broken crown.All of the excellent care, which I have received from Dr. Baskai and her team, is greatly appreciated. As I have told Dr. Baskai, she is my 'Crown Queen'!
