Jessica Ackerson of Nissan Saint John is very trustworthy and very accommodating. Very wonderful person!! I will certainly recommend this branch for those who wants excellent service. I recently went through the process of purchasing a used vehicle at SJ Nissan and I'm giving it 1 Star based on customer service and being valued. The whole situation felt off from the beginning to be honest. I did most of the purchase online and didn't see the car in person until showing up to pick it up. However I was told on multiple occasions the car was beautiful and very nice. When I showed up to pick up the Car it had damage on the rear passenger fender and rusted I also noted and there was three was 3 other spots that were damaged as well. Now that being said it was a used car I wasn't expecting a brand new however it was 2020 and a $30,000 dollar car I wasn't expecting rust. So I go inside and they are ready for me, I immediately bring up the damage and the sales individual he said they just noticed this morning and was going to show me. A curiosity call would have been appreciated so I didn't have to travel to get the car. So I respectfully say I'm not purchasing the car and they go get the manager..... He comes from somewhere out back looked more like a mechanic then a manger with a ball cap on . He immediately looks frustrated and goes outside looks over the damage and comes back in. He approaches me, I have a very negative vibe a bit intimidating one about this guy . He's straight to the point no real introduction says he will fix the passenger side damage will cost him about $1000 bucks but he wont do anything else for the repairs and walks away. I felt very uneasy after the manager spoke to me, a lot of red flags was raised so I asked for my deposit back which I received and stated I wouldn't be buying a car today. The whole situation felt deceptive and like I should be thanking them for buying the car. They offer low discounts and wouldn't even entertain accessories. I felt defeated after my experience with Saint john Nissan. I was surprised they didn't even try to sell me a different car never even mentioned now as I'm recalling the situation. I do not recommend this dealership I found out shortly after leaving that there is still customer appreciation and you can feel value as customer just not here.!I will add Dave the salesman was always respectful and courteous I believe he tried to work a deal with me and felt bad for the outcome of the sale and the noted damage. I believe his actions were completely out of his control being driven by poor leadership. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have had. Do not trust this dealership shop else where .

Jessica was amazing to deal with. After a little hurdle Jessica went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and timely. I would come back to this dealership any day knowing that she will be able to make things happen. !! She is a golden superstar!!!

We had a great experience. David & Thomas were truthful and shared everything we asked for in the beginning. They gave a really good service and we got our car on committed time. I would definitely recommend this place if someone is interested in Nissan.
