My tax expert was Barb and she is amazing. She worked quickly with my files and was such a joy during our interactions. When i arrived she got up and greeted me at the front and made me aware of the full process and allowed for questions. To add, her energy is contagious, i honestly left in a better mood. Kristin Zacharchuk is an excellent and friendly tax pro doing both US and Canadian returns. She is very knowledgeable and works very hard and answers your questions promptly. She stands behind her work.

I did my taxes here for the first time and was either scammed or lied to, now I am getting ignored by any real people but I have received two email replies from a bot stating your usual verify this that and the third to have a representative even look at your questions. Simply put, I would not recommend and won’t be coming here again. Pay no attention to the bot responding to reviews, it’s an automated reply as their agenda is to just scam as much money as they can fool you into signing to them. UPDATE: I received a call first thing this morning from the employee who did my taxes who gave me the same brief detail-less breakdown of what was happening with my money and then they immediately jumped to getting confrontational about why I gave them a zero rating, when I tried to explain that my rating was a reflection of the company as a whole, they told me I was wrong. For anyone leaving a review, if they have your number you will be called personally in an attempt to bully you into taking down the review as they only care about their image.

Very slow in their process, not to mention they are the most expensive rate in the city for public walk ins. Go across the street to liberty tax, almost half the price, instant filing, and AMAZING service

I have been searching for a good professional tax specialist for quite some time. I highly recommend Kristin Zacharchuk at H&R Block. She is knowledgeable in her field, was readily available to communicate with and returned my calls if i had any questions. Also, very trustworthy and reliable.

Last year I came here and got very good service. This year the guy Hatem tried to rip me off and tired to make me scared. I worked hard and paying high taxes to govt and now he is saying I owe money. He always had a clever smile on his face. Never going back to this location unless I get into touch with the nice lady last year.

Very unprofessional. The assured me my taxes would be completed in three days but I had to call twice to get a status report and told they would be delayed. No accountability from employees.
