I went with my mother to pick up her ground coffee. She couldn't remember which one she normally bought so the lady at the counter sweetly walked her through the options and provided tasting cups. Both ladies were very kind and helpful. Worth mentioning in today's fast paced world.

I LOVE this place! Extremely well managed. The best extra hot no foam latte I've been able to find! Delicious scones too. Polite, courteous and efficient service. Keep up the good work!

Awesome place and location...glad it is Reno and still open. Most SC have close and so is refreshing to see I can also use my lifetime accumulated SC points for free coffees. Thanks

First time. I dreaded looking for a Starbucks as it just isn’t my cup of Espresso and came across this Second Cup. Had good luck at other location years ago.Here I got a custom made Flat White, no push back or confusion. Friendly, accommodating, patient service. It was just as I asked!Looks like the drive thru is very popular, I was a walk in. Will be back in a week to check it out again.May provide another update afterwards.

Ordered a smoothie and a bagel with cream cheese. Smoothie is great. Bagel was so disappointing. They might as well not even put cream cheese on it.Update: went back to this location and it was horrible again. They said that they serve an ice cream scoop size of cream cheese, but they put a teaspoon on. Insisted that I order extra next time, which I had asked politely to make sure that there was cream cheese. Then tried to say that I only asked for one side of cream cheese. I honestly don’t recommend this location. The manager just wanted to argue with me. Spent almost $20 on two bagels and a smoothie.

Good place to go for a decent cup of coffee, nice atmosphere inside - very friendly staff and people. Very expensive though, I wouldn't hop by everyday for breakfast but it'd be a nice place to relax on a weekend morning.
