TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I went to this branch without appointment as It was mot planned trip for my direct investment and initially they declined to help as they need to book an appointment which is understood. Also they recommended calling Td and do the transaction over the phone. But over the phone hours were closed due to weekend and Sania came to help right away after knowing this and got my things done in 15 mins with great customer service.I really appreciate their help and the other staff who quickly guided me to Sania.Happy Customer for this branch..!

This is a decent TD bank branch. They tend to have 2 to 3 tellers on most days as well as the business / corporate teller who also sees people.This branch is in a busy mall which is difficult to get in and out of but other than that it's not bad.There are several other useful stores in this mall while you're visiting the bank. You can also go to the grocery store Sobeys the LCBO Home Hardware Shoppers Drug Mart as well as various fast food restaurants dry cleaners and a pet store.So overall this location in branch is a 4 out of 5. I'd raise it to a 5 if they were a little bit quicker with their tellers and the access to the mall was a little bit easier.

I went to this branch last night and Sherry (I hope I spelt that correctly) was awesome! She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you Sherry for all of your help and for going above and beyond!

The ATM isn't 24/7. They randomly lock the outside door whenever they feel like it.
