Really bad experience, dealing customers with rudeness and over smartness shows his selfishness

Very reliable tv repair man Ronnie. He has fixed two tv of my and their still running (Samsung & LG). He can picks them up or fixes them in his shop or at your house. He works long hours. Very respectable man. Will hire in the future. Give him a try you won't be disappointed.

Took my LED TV with sound but no picture. The shop diagnosed that it was the backlights and replaced it the very next day.I texted them before I took the TV there. And I got a prompt response and assurance that they support this TV model.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I brought in my TV about a month ago and that it would take a day to be fixed. I spent most of the time chasing after owner calling and emailing him regularly to see when it would done. Not only did i spend everyday trying to get a hold of him. But when I finally had he promised it to be done today before 6" everyday and everyday he wasnt there. Terrible customer service and just simply unprofessional. I just hope they actually fixed my TV."

Only if I had known what i was getting myself into, they are corrupt! This place should be shutdown. If I could rate in the negatives I would in a heart beat. I brought my LED TV in to be fixed a month ago and it still isn't even fixed. I can never get a hold of the owner. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Next time I'll refrain from going here to get my tv fixed.

Brought my LED TV to Ronnie a couple of weeks ago. He diagnosed the problem and replaced some LED strips and had the unit back to me in 24 hours at a great price. I would suggest calling first to make sure he isn't out on a service call.

Prompt. Honest. Sincere. Inexpensive. I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. My 3 year old Samsung TV screen stayed black after hitting the On button. I could hear audio coming through but no visuals. When we put a flashlight up to the screen, we realized that we could barely make out visuals but it wasn't back lit. After looking online for answers and even considered buying a new tv, we decided have a professional come and quote a repair. Ronnie came the next day and was very straight forward about costs. He had to take the tv to his shop as he said it would take several hours to fix and it would be more convenient for all (small parts and little children don't mix). He delivered the tv the following day. Apparently 7 bulbs had burnt out so he replaced them. It all cost way less than a new tv. He remounted it back to the wall and even offered to dust down the tv (my mess, not his). Amazing service from a quiet, honest and hard working person.

I called with an issue with my LG TV. Honest and trustworthy" is the best description for my experience. The best option was to go through LG directly and was told what to say to ensure best value. It's really refreshing to have someone direct me to what's best for me instead of just trying to get me to use them. I would absolutely recommend using Brampton TV repair! Thank you again!"

Great service great knowledge and amazing turn around time. I bought a LED LG TV from overseas, it was relatively a new tv. Called up LG they said that my warranty was not valid because I moved to another country. I was dumbfounded panicked and was about to buy a new TV. A friend of mine referred me to Ronnie. I am so glad I found him. He was very honest from the get go. Looked at my TV and was able to identify the problem in just 2 minutes. Despite my TV being from a different country with different voltage requirements and different parts, he was able to fix the problem within a day. Just in time for the Summer Olympics. Guys if you have any TV problem, don't waste your money or time anywhere else this is your place. I saved hundreds by taking it to Ronnie. He is a genius and you will see hundreds of TV in his shop. Its worth paying him a visit if you have any TV issues.A class act.
