I've been visiting this place since I was a kid and it never disappoints. They have amazing traditional Persian sweets, cakes, saffron ice cream, and pies. Everything is fresh and sold by weight. Pick your box size and choose whatever you like! Good for parties and gifts as something unique that most people haven't tried but will love! Everything is pairs with some black tea to balance out the sweetness.

Got Sohan on Friday it was absolutely awful fatty and smoggy oil all over ! They said bring it back i drove all the way from langely they didnt refund !! I was very mad and disappointed!! Never buy anything from them again !!!

I got a selection of pastries from here - all fresh, flavorful, and diverse. Good price point. When I tried the whipped mocha sandwich cookie I had to put down my book and close my eyes. Wow. I will be back!After reading some other reviews, I want to comment that I got lovely customer service from the lady working the counter.

If you want a good local Persian baker, you need to come to Mino. Their sweets are just baked to perfection and its always fresh. I especially love their mocha chocolate cakes. I got one not too long ago for my father’s birthday party and everyone just went crazy for the delicious cake! I would go as far to say that this is the best bakery in Coquitlam, since my sweet tooth has tried out most of the ones in this city. Seriously, go and try it out!

On 3/11 I went to buy a cake and the women in the store was extremely rude. I asked her to write on the cake and she was worried I would not pay for the cake. She could have just rang me up before writing on the cake. The cake itself was horrible. With so many bakeries around I will take my business somewhere that gives me respect and their pastries are much better like Urban Gates. Whoever that woman was, not suitable for running a store by herself. She needs to learn how to treat customers.

This is the third time I buy pastry from this store in recent months and comes out stale and smudged. I keep asking if the pastry is fresh and they say it is and that it was baked today but when I get home it embarrasses me. With the high price they charge, you’d expect certain level of quality but it doesn’t happen. Most of it went to garbage. Disappointed.

The pastries are very fresh and delicious. My husband and I love this store. Hard to tell which one is our favorite (milfoy or napoleon cake). Sorry for the picture, we started eating before taking it. :)

Saw this by chance while searching for desserts in Coquitlam.Absolute best little find I've had in a while, the lady who helped me was extremely pleasant and helpful. Suggested a bunch of great desserts and even gave a nice recommendation for some Persian food! Will absolutely come back to try more of their sweets!
