I had Neelands serviced my AC unit this week for my condo unit. While they were punctual and the technician had good customer service skills, I am disappointed by the explanation of their fee when I retained them and am taken back by their bill. I was told they charged $45 for the truck' (which i equate with commute) and $105 a hr for the service. After I ask for the amount of my bill
