The best mechanic shop/dealership in the area! Semi and his team are specialists in all things Volkswagen, they handle all repairs thoroughly and ethically. Boris- who handles car sales was amazing to deal with. Always available for any questions I had and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Munich auto sales to everyone.

THE best auto shop in Waterloo Region! The customer service is absolutely incredible!! Semi always goes above and beyond for us and the knowledge of this team is like nothing else. We commute from Kitchener for their service and if we lived an hour away, it wouldn't change. There is immense peace of mind knowing we have sincere trust in our mechanic and his awesome team!!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable on my Audi and went above and beyond to thoroughly explain what’s wrong with my car and save me money. Not pushy at all, very straight up, honest and trustworthy business. Not only did they look after my concern, but also researched any common issues with my car and checked if they needed to be looked after as well. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back.

I was quoted over $1700. To fix the company smart car. These guys listened to our concerns and were able to fix our car at a very low cost. This is a very honest business and highly recommended them !

First time at Munich and got all 4 brakes done and saved a lot instead of going to the dealership. Semi is honest and only replaces what needs to be replaced. He was trained by VW in Germany and really knows his stuff. I'm very happy with the service and he is my service guy from now on!!
