Nice staff had my screen replaced in my phone got it back the same day.

No follow or updates after secondary number was provided to be updated. Screen works however left side is popped out. Waited a week when it was completed in 3 days. They attempted to call the number of the actual cell phone after I advised and provided a secondary.Staff is polite and courteous. Seems more of a one off perhaps?

Do not visit this location..the manager has hung up on my several times. I wish I could Rate this 0 stars. There is false advertising stating they buy cell phones, tablets, etc. They do not buy anything like their website tells you. Please do not sure this service. I was very un-happy with the customer service and the constant hanging up on.

Sales Manager sold a wrong SIM card because my husband didn’t want to take a different plan with a different provider when the salesperson knew the provider we were with before buying SIM Card!

Dropped off my PlayStation 4 to them because it would not start up properly. I payed an initial price of $48 for them to diagnose the issue. Within a week I had it back and it has been working great. No additional cost than the diagnostic charge.

Great guy working at the store. Didn’t catch his name but my iphone wasn’t charging very well. He took it in cleaned and a couple minutes later voila it started charging perfectly. Didn’t even charge me for it. Great service, appreciate it.

Couldn't fix my phone. But i still had to pay for something that didn't do anything! So be prepared to pay some kinds of hidden fees.

My phone died!! Yes, even though my device is fried, I am giving this company a glamorous five-star review. I had brought my phone in for a screen replacement, and they did an amazing job. No residue on the side. The work was done in a timely matter (same day). The customer service representative didn't hide any details, so I knew exactly what I was expecting. The next week, my device overheated, and I brought it back. I expected to probably get charged to have it looked over, but they diagnosed it without charging me. They were punctual, courteous, and even sympathetic that my device was now a brick. Great customer service. cheers!

Quick, quality service. Brought in my PS4 to get the fan repaired and they’d fixed it within 24 hours with an excellent price. Thanks guys!!
