Our motorhome broke down on trans-canada hwy. We were fortunate enough to be towed to hi-quality and Randy went out of his way (skipped his lunch) fixed it quickly and we were on the road the 2nd day. Great folks to work with!

Thought I’d try this place out after seeing the good reviews. The work I payed for was done but in a slow manner. I needed a new flywheel which took about a week to come in but after it came in I waited another 2 weeks to get the car back. When I came to pick it up there was a big crack on the rear bumper. They didn’t want to do anything about it. I won’t be coming back to this place.

I would highly recommend this shop. The are honest and have good prices. I brought my truck in to get all brake pads and rear rotors replaced, an oil change, plus an inspection. I told them I'm going on a trip to Kelowna so I wanted them to look it over thoroughly. They called to tell me my front brake pads are still good enough to go on the trip without replacing them. They got everything done in a timely fashion and I would definitely go back if I need more work done.

I went to Hi Quality on Dec 21, 2021 because someone recommended them to me. Hi Quality was very friendly, personal and took the time to look at my car right away. They put a scan on my car because I lost power, they never found anything wrong on the scan and also didn't charge me for the scan. It's a great feeling to know that someone still cares about customer service. I will be definitely going back.
