The store is very inclusive for ALL customers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I took the advice of one of the sales staff and was very happy with her recommendations. I was looking for fancier sweats for relaxed work and she steered me to their more popular joggers….comfy and stylish. Thanks!

Went in shopping for a sweater the changerooms were locked. I asked what the return policy was. The woman working said that is store credit or exchange only. I said that didn't seem fair as she had the change room locked. The woman working said they were locked for black Friday because they were so busy. Black Friday was over a week ago and there was currently only one other customer in the store. She then said she wasn't sure when they would be unlocked. Definitely won't be going back. Super shady store.

The return policy is terrible, the change rooms are closed and do not give a refund only exchange or credit. I guess due to COVID you can not try on although other stores have change rooms open. So you can not try on and if it doesn’t fit to bad. Will not darken there doors again.

Staff are never welcoming and are always talking behind the counter talking, I always welcome myself into the fitting rooms. And they have lost a lot of womans wear to kids clothing. I love gap as a company but this store is lacking

Clean. Great sales. Girl's that worked there super sweet and helpful. Better shopping experience than Old Navy in my opinion.
