Love the stemless wedding anniversary gift. I emailed on a Sunday night and a return email and quote was given. I picked up the glasses today (3 days later) and they are beautiful. Unique gifts. I spoke with Zoe about making my daughter’s 19th birthday cake topper. She agreed on Monday to do it. The cake baker needed the topper to complete the cake by end of week.I waited for the image, that Zoe said she would send on Monday evening. She didn’t.I texted and left a voicemail the next day, asking if she was still doing the order?She didn’t reply and ignored me.I found another reliable business that came through for my daughter’s birthday.

Laser Artist Canada is great!I've been extremely satisfied with the two things I've gotten from them.An awesome drinking glass with a couple of nerdy physics and sci-fi puns on the side and bottom (text is very well done in the glass and the different fonts used to convey the messages are really great) and a grad gift I gave to my mother with my name, university name, and university map location (the location is enclosed in a raised wooden star, it is very well done and makes for a great personalized gift).These were made from suggestions and visions I gave to them to do for me. When it comes to what Laser Artist Canada can do, the only limit is what you come up with.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Ordered 2 wine glasses on feb 5, 2022 with expedite shipping hoping it would arrive by feb 14th. It didn't. Tried calling, no answer. Tried texting, no answer. Tried emailing, no answer. Tried contacting via their website, no answer. It's march 21, 2022 today and still didn't receive glasses or heard from them. I ended up canceling the order through the credit card company.

I asked Zoe for help making a custom laser cut map for my girlfriend's birthday. She responded very fast and was extremely excited to help me with my project. She sourced all of the materials (wood and acrylic) I needed. She cut and sanded them perfectly and was so kind throughout the whole process. If you are looking for help with any of your laser cutting needs at a very affordable price and in a timely manner, look no further than Laser Artist Canada!

I haven't officially bought anything from them yet, but I was trying to get costum engraved tall glasses for my parents, so I messaged them on the websites chat bubble, and I was amazed with how quick they were to respond, and how incredibly helpful they were and willing to give me pictures for what I was looking for! Customer service 100/10!!!

I had to go to Laser Artist Canada for personalized Christmas ornaments to gift to family members, after working with Zoe on an engagement party project. Zoe has surpassed all expectations on both projects. Each peice was hand crafted with incredible details. It's such a pleasure to work with Laser Artist Canada because Zoe is able to offer so many creative and unique ideas to make sure your vision is met. I will continue to sent all future projects her way ! TWO THUMBS UP!

We ordered a cake topper four weeks before we were leaving for our wedding. The first one we received was jammed into our mailbox as there was no indication on the envelope that it should not be bent. As you can imagine, the cake topper was snapped. I let Zoe know what happened, and she sent another one, which did not arrive in time. Ultimately, the final product we received the second time was what we wanted, but we weren't able to use it because it came a month after we had ordered it. I informed Zoe of the fact that we weren't able to use the cake topper since it arrived late and there was no attempt to figure out a solution to the situation. Overall, we were pretty disappointed.

Had custom glasses made as a wedding gift. The turn around time was incredibly fast, and they personally worked closely with me along the way to ensure the design was perfect! I will continue to use them for any future custom gifts without a doubt!

Had a pleasure dealing with Zoe, she was very quick to respond as well as quick to draw up a draft and get it done, my scotch glasses turned out beautiful!
