Very professional rental agency! After being contacted almost immediately after applying for a rental property, nothing but great things to say about NomadHomes Inc.They make it easy to pay rent (etransfer), request maitenance help (online). All requests are resolved within a timely manner.

I have only known Shawn and Jennifer for a year now, and I have grown to truly love how they run their company in a friendly, honest, patient, and by-the-book approach. I have never before witnessed someone in the position of management with the responsibilities they have, keep their composure and focus on the wellbeing of both their tenants and landlords so gracefully. They have the positive attitude, know-how, advanced technology and other systems in place that make all the difference.

I primarily deal with the leasing department and I am very satisfied with the level of service. Response time to enquiries is quick. The staff is knowledgeable and professional.

First landlord, very satisfied with my experience.The owner is genuinely passionate about his business, and cares for his tenants - not just his property. Friendly and accommodating, he will go above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure you have a good experience. Just, you know, have a good rapport and act in good faith, and he will return the favour.The landlord has a technical background and is always up to date on all of the easiest ways to digitize and streamline archaic landlord things. I was paperless during my time there.The only downside is that Nomad is a grassroots and non-corporate - with a small team - 2-3 employees dedicated to the landlord aspect during my time there. The landlord can be slow to respond to non-essential or non-time sensitive things, as he has a lot of properties to manage. Expect triage for maintenance requests that aren't emergencies. Squeaky wheel (with civility!) gets the grease here.Overall, even though this is my first experience renting, I doubt I will find a place that will have the genuineness and care that NomadHomes does.

Had a very good experience with NomadHomes in Kingston as a student from abroad, renting a room for a period of 8 months. They always responded very fast and exceeded my expectations for a property management company. I can definitely recommend them!

I have lived in Kingston for many years, renting from both large corporations and people just renting rooms and basements. I found Nomad Homes to be the best, as it had the best both worlds. Big enough to have dedicated support staffs for things like maintenance and billing, small enough that people actually give a damn to know your name.Had I not been moving out of the city, I would likely stay with Nomad Homes until I was able to purchase a house.

Trying to get ahold of anyone is nearly impossible and trying to get an email response regarding one of their tenants or any email response is also nearly impossible. I've been emailing for the last 3 months regarding a situation and no reply.Do better.

I applied for a house rental two weeks ago and just got a call back. Whoever owns this house in Ottawa should be extremely annoyed this property management company are so incompetent

I am extremely happy with my experience at NomadHomes. I rented their property for four years (2017-2021) and had no issues. Shawn and his team were incredibly responsive, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend NomadHomes to anyone.
