She too was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication before we arrived was excellent. All relevant information on the car was provided very quickly and accurate. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, I was buy the car from out of town so asked a lot of questions before going to the dealership. Lawna was very helpful with responding to my messages quickly and has a great experience at the dealership.

I had been in the market for a new car for many years unsure what I wanted and worried about buying something with hidden issues. Lawna at ON TRACK was so forward and real with me. So nice and I felt comfortable the whole time. I expressed my concerns with buying a vehicle and she got it. Was patient with me in the questions phone calls and numerous test drives. They never pushed me into buying or made me feel rushed in my decision. They met all the extras on the car that I requested. On my way home after purchasing the car a check engine light came on they got me into their mechanic right away ( it was a thermostat sticking ) they got the issue fixed at the most convenient way for me. I can only say good things about my experience with On Track Auto. When I was in a situation where I needed a new vehicle I saw one listed there I was interested in. The first person I met was Leo, from the body shop, and had a good chat about their operation. Then I met the salesperson Lawna and Jeff the owner. They made me feel very comfortable and were very accommodating with a few requests I wanted on the new vehicle at no charge. In the end I drove away in a vehicle that was practically like new with 29k kms at a much cheaper price than brand new so I am a happy camper :)

I bought a 2007 Hyundai Tuscan from here, very happy with it. It matched the details of what was explained about it in the ad. Lawna was great to deal with and had me out of there with my new vehicle quickly! Vehicle included a three month warranty and had a BC safety inspection done on it.
