Horrible customer service. Someone needs to train their customer facing employees, as dealing with both Holly and whoever works the pickup registration window was some of the worst experiences I've had while using online auction services.From using their trash pickup scheduler (repeatedly told event was closed, even though it was clearly during operating hours) to being told that basically it was my fault for not using the system during the proper times I decided to see if I could talk to someone in personAfter being told to wait in my car until they maybe could serve me i have canceled my order with them and will never use or recommend this auction house to anyone. I will encourage them to seek out Encore or MacKenzie someone who has their selves figured out.Just awful service all around. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid.

Did lots of business with these guys. All was good until I opened up the box with new marble side table which was broken in half. The item was marked new in box When I bid on it. I informed them via email and Facebook and no response. This is despite numerous email attempts. Sad that management would just ignore such customer issues.Update: exception made. Credit provided to account. Update rating to 4 star. Would be five if I didn’t have to spend so much energy to have the matter addressed

Picked up at studios on Kipling avenue today. The table we had purchased was missing the leaf component. the owner/supervisor and the lovely lady taking payments took care of us immediately, even though they were crazy busy and ended up comping us the table due to a 'listing error', and was pleasant the whole time. In todays blame and entitlement" society

I have never been involved in an on-line auction.I tried 403 Auction just to evaluate how on-line auctions work and to my surprise ended up buying a BE Power Washer for my home.Unfortunately, some online auctions/auctions have garnered unfavorable reviews from a social media perspective….so I was dubious of the condition of the Power Washer that I had purchasedI was hoping for a brand-new machine, as advertised by 403 Auction (no pre-inspection by me) but had unwittingly convinced myself that it would not match my expectations, since I had bought it “AT AN AUCTION,” “SIGHT UNSEEN” and in “AS IS” condition.Step #1: I had to pick up my purchase at the Brampton Fairgrounds. 403 Auction’s pick-up instructions were very explicit with monetary penalties down to loss of my purchase if I did not comply with their time constraints. My window for pick-up was Mar 17-2022 between 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM. I made sure I arrived within my allotted time slot so that I did not incur any penalties.Step #2: I made payment for the Power Washer at a booth (like a McDonald’s take-out window) prior to pick-up. The cashier was both friendly and extremely helpful. So far, so good!Step #3: The next phase was the pick-up of the Power Washer at the rear loading dock. When I arrived at the loading dock in less than a minute my Power Washer was already being carried out from the loading dock and over a muddy, wet gravel road by 2 young men with a supervisor. I have an SUV, and without me requesting their help to load it, they carefully placed it into my trunk being cautious not to do any damage to my vehicle. Their supervisor made sure that the Power Washer was stable in the trunk. He allowed me to inspect the Power Washer condition and to confirm that all loose parts such as the hose, spray heads, spark plug wrench, manual and handle nuts were present.He even gave me a few helpful pressure washer tips since I have never owned a pressure washer this powerful.The Power Washer was NEW, as advertised, and in perfect condition.The entire process took less than 15 minutes, and I was out of there!Bottom-Line:To my pleasant surprise, 403 Auction’s system worked like a well-oiled machine. The entire process was both efficient and seamless. The people were friendly and professional. Kudos to whomever runs the operations for 403 Auction.I was overly impressed with the entire process from purchase to pick-up. I will be shopping there again and would highly recommend 403 Auctions to anybody.

Latest News is they will charge you a restocking fee of 25% of the total if you dont pick up on time! This is shameful especially with traffic and peoples schedules.I honestly believe there is a scam and they dont want customers so they can keep the money and the goods.Production companies please stop using this auction house! Terrible business people and you won't get top dollars.They gave me a bad rating becasue I wrote this before on the reviews sounds like a schoolyard bully !! Stay away Production Company People dont see these movies or TV shows if they use this terrible auction house403 Worst Customer Service!!!

Ive been purchasing through 403 auction for a few years now and never had any problems. Its a great company to deal with and really enjoy the great deals I get! Time slots can be tough but i always leave early to make sure i get there on time

I love this place I have won a PS4, 65 inch Hisense TV and a Ring flood light. They were all in working condition two of the items were returned items so I took a chance and gambled but the price was good enough to take the chance people have to understand that they are not buying the items brand new at all times nor are they buying it from Best Buy Etc these are stuff that were unclaimed or did not get delivered. Holly and the team are amazing I like how they practice social distancing and have all Covid safety measures in place. If you want to make sure the item is right for you to do your research I I've never had an issue with anything of purchase thank you guys for the amazing items

There pick up times a very tight with no flexibility. I was able to pick up one of the two days but the limited slots for that day filled up so quickly leaving me with out availability. I emailed asking for any help and nothing was offered. I would be picking up two small items that would of probably taken me minutes. Now I’ll have to lose out on these items and be charged including a restocking fee.Sorry but that does not seem right! Scam Like!

Unlike other online auction sites, 403 actually posts real pictures of the items and provide a good description. Pick up process is pretty effortless. Staff is friendly and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve also watched them handle several rude customers very well. Will continue to use them.
