The fries were cold, we asked for vinegar and salt and found about 10 packets of ketchup instead. My mozzaburger was super sloppy, I had to restack it. I guess when you are just getting take out, the staff doesn't really care. I won't be going back to my previous favorite take out.

Waited 25 minutes to get my order at the drive through, but it was at noon so in the peak. Had to wait in the parking lot after paying which is not too bad but with the price of gas and the heat of summer it is a pain. When the guy finally brought our order for 4 people, he just kept stuffing my face with the different bags and boxes (for the kids), without giving me a chance to actually grab the stuff. I thought I was in a comedy show when I turned my head to say seriously?!" but he was already gone.We had quite the laugh for how ridiculous it was but in terms of service I would have rated 0 stars

Love the fact that they always make my burgers FRESH (not made in advance). Very polite and friendly service.I tried the new (limited time offer) Bourbon Steakhouse Buddy Burger, and the Cheddar & Cheese Uncle Burger. Both are very good, but I have to say the Bourbon Steakhouse is SUPERIOR,... Very nice taste.

Went 2 times. First time, waited for aervice as the 2 employees were talking at back door. Didn't see sticker for bell as white label on white counter. Then they messed up my order. Next visit excellent service, no mistakes on my order.

I cannot begin to explain how disgusted I am with this location. Yesterday, Wednesday June 22nd at 8pm, my boyfriend and his friend stop to get a burger. As they are walking in, there is another man walking in at the same time. A woman approached them, looked at my boyfriend and his friend and told them they could not go in to buy burgers, but the other man can. My boyfriend, puzzled by this, asked why? She replied “oh, we’re closing we’re not taking anymore orders” then looked at the other man and said “but you can go in a buy one”.It’s unfortunate that I have to say this for people to understand why she might act this way. My boyfriend (Latino) and his friend( black) had just come from working outside all day and were pretty dirty. The man who she was telling can go in to buy a burger was white. Even he couldn’t believe why she was saying this.So my boyfriend and his friend left, they did not want to cause any trouble. When they got in the truck they googled it and saw the burger joint actually closed at 10pm.I don’t know who that little girl was working that night, but shame on you.

I dont know what’s so hard in making burgers... EVERYTIME i go to this one, there is a mistake... just order a buddy burger with cheese and i received the burger without cheese and without onions...

I had a promotion code for 13.99 but they charged me 15.88. Asked the cashier to explain but she refused to change it!!!!Too bad for a well known brand like A&W

Awesome food,I'm really surprised about service. I ordered through the app and I arrived at a peak hour but I couldn't wait I asked to cancel it and left. Later that day I returned because it was not cancelled but instead of refunding or refusing my request they actually recognized me and provide me with my order freshly done. Awesome job!!!
