The kindest, hardest working plumbers in the city.Had these guys in to do a full service retrofit of our home and extensive reconstruction to 113 year old plumbing and radiators. It was a mammoth job and they handled it professionally and with great customer service every step of the way.

Excellent service, I’ve had everything from shower cartridge replacement, to root removal from my sewers to hot water tank replacement. Plumbers are always friendly and walk you through their work

We hired Colin to install a water filtration system. He said he would be here between 3 and 5 pm the next day. He never showed up and never called. My husband and I went to a lot of trouble cleaning everything out of the cabinets and now have to find a new plumber. Just one phone call to reschedule but nothing. I even called his office but he won’t return our call. Very unreliable and unprofessional. He obviously thinks people have nothing better to do then sit around and wait for him. Save the stress of dealing with him and hire someone else. He really doesn’t care about his customers.

These guys were able to show up about 20 minutes after we called them to help install a toilet. They got the job done right away and did very good work. The price was very reasonable and they hauled my old toilet away for me. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Colin at we love plumbing is awesome. He saved our butts with a sewage pipe cleaning and more recently saved our house from floding due to a pesky bathtub leak! Quick, affordable, and professional service. Thanks Colin!

I am a resident manager for nine three story buildings. I could have guaranteed to have two or more plumbing issues per day when we took possession of the property. I call them and they show up. Spoke to Colin about my lower level bathroom project, he sounded interested and said he has lots of experience he would come out and give a quote. Met with him Dec 9th/22 he sounded very knowledgeable and i was looking forward to working with him. He said they are booking 2-3 days out and would have a quote to me by Sunday the 11th. I said not to worry about it over the weekend and have it to me by the upcoming week as i wasn't planning on starting until around the 28th. Well multiple phone calls, text messages and voice mail left on his personal and business phone and not one response. If he had a change of plan or my project was out of his skill set he should have just said so i could have made other arrangements sooner.

Prompt and professional service. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work. Will be using them again in the future!
