Lots of styles and designs like most fast fashion stores but I find the quality to be a bit better than the other brands. Despite how busy the store is it never feels cluttered and things are pretty easy to find

Staff is always super helpful. It's been a while since I shopped here but I finally got to use the self serve cashier just like what they have in japan. It was pretty neat. The product selection is always top notch specially for winter wear. The heat tech products are amazing.

The staff is so nice and welcoming and the store always looks like it’s in an impeccable condition. Love the clothes as well they’re fantastic quality! I get compliments all the time!

Uniqlo is clutch for a good variety of clothes with reasonable quality. I am a fan of their UT shirt collections as they do many collaborations with various artists and companies. Prices are good for what you get and you could probably pick out your whole wardrobe here, regardless of your style.

A very negative shopping experience. I bought a scarf and when taking the tags off a hole was torn in the material. I went back 5 minutes later and was told I could not return or exchange the item without the original tags. The sales associate Satyam was extremely confrontational and lacked the appropriate aptitude to be in a customer service role. Be careful buying from this company and if you do, make sure to inquire about the return policy before you purchase.

This place has the worst people. I had a horrible experience when I want to use the fitting room, the guy there was so rude, took every piece of close I had and examined (counting) and give me my items and took away the basket! His behaviour was beyond rude. We talk to manager and he confirmed that those behaviour is not what they promote. I left store and will never come back again

The staff here is always friendly! I was carrying a few bags with some clothes I picked up and an associate offered to hand me a basket. Inviting smiles and saying hello to you in the store are all the little things that add up to help customers return like myself. Easy to navigate the sorted clothes.

Visiting from the USA, I spotted a t shirt my daughter might like walking by. We’ve never been to this store before and we found it to be really nice. We flagged down a gal that was stocking shelves and got assistance to find the shirt. We shopped for a bit and picked up some clothes. Our experience was pleasant and because we were there on Mother’s Day, they offered us a free linen shopping bag. There are complaints about customer service, but the two individuals we asked for help were really nice. There is a self checkout and it was quick and easy. We need this store in Spokane, Wa!

The store itself is beautiful and they offer some good clothing options. They reason it gets 3/5 stars is because 1) The clothes don't last long. They shrink A TON and not just with the first wash, avoid the graphic tees as they detoriate and stretch overtime. Also 2) the sizes fit small so definitely try things on and go a size up (especially because of the shrinking)

Always a good experience here.I was amazed by the self-service checkout. The checkout system here is so advance that you'll wonder.As usual, the store is always neat.There are varieties of clothing items.The staff are friendly and helpful.Kids clothing are also sold here.Item Prices are fair. Unsure if prices are reduced further for rhe boxing day sale.
