Bita is nice & chatty, she’ll give you an adjustment but the type that won’t actually heal and you need to keep going weekly to get any relief. Waste of continuous money.I’ve since gone elsewhere and he actually fixed my problem.Also went for a massage once but could hear Bita chatting & laughing hysterically w/ another client, totally ruined my “relaxing” massage.

I visited this clinic in 2020. Very small place, very rude staff(owner and frontdesk be careful with them),expensive, never ask for Chiropractic she doesn't give you a good treatment, never saw any progress in my treatment, awful services. I wish i had an option to gave them 0 star. I will never ever go there again.

Amazing customer service , Bita works from the heart and genuinely cares about her clients. Puts the most into her care and makes sure the experience is comforting and relaxed. Would recommend her to everyone. Very hard worker and exceeds every expectation. I have seen Dr Bita for more then 8 years.

There is no reason to go to any other clinic. I have been going here for years and everyone is so kind and incredible. The receptionist is so sweet and takes care of all your needs, NEVER rude. One of the massage therapists Doreen is the best massage therapist I've EVER had! So thorough and amazing at what she does. Dr. Bita the owner of the clinic is an incredible chiropractor I love getting neck adjustments from her. The massage therapist Andrew is so sweet, thorough, does manual adjustments. She also has a naturopath and physiatrist working out of there. Overall an incredible clinic, highly recommend!!!

Incredible knowledge and care in this clinic. Real results from a Dr. that wants to see less of you than more... Additional services like Physio and Massage compliments the recovery and targets alignments with conviction. Shock wave therapy allows for real-healing one of few Chiropractors that has a toolbox of solutions outside of the standard 'adjustment'. Great care with a great staff..

First things first, a business holder should answer phone calls or return voice messages.I called 5 days prior to my appointment, nobody answered, left a message regarding my online booking.I booked a time slot online and put a note that I NEED THEM TO PAY DIRECTLY FROM INSURANCE, not give me a handwritten receipt and the hassle of claims.I went there, the massage therapist was polite and attentive.The therapist was slow compared to others I had experienced and she almost consumed 50% energy compared to other places I have been.What was really a downside, she did not wiped my body with warm towel and my shirt was sticky due to remaining lotion.

I've been going to Bayview Hill Wellness for the past 7 months for neck and back pain as a result of a car accident, and I have to say that my experience has been fantastic. Dr Bita is the Chiropractor and her staff of Massage therapist and Physiotherapist have made my road to recovery possible. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable.I highly recommend a visit to Bayview Hill Wellness Centre.

It is a friendly place. Insurance claims have been done automatically by the service provider. I used to visit this place for massages because of neck and shoulder problems. Now I play tennis a lot so I am getting physiotherapy often. Physiotherapy helps reduce my knee pain due to the tennis play.

A wonderful treatment experience.Dr. Bita is very knowledgeable and caring with high standards. I wish there was a 10 star option!I see her for my neck pain and headaches and I could not be happier with the care and results.Professional team with height tech modalities. Highly recommend!!
