Canadian Tire

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It made my shopping experience very pleasant. I actually stayed longer than expected and was browsing all the great sales that are scattered throughout the store.

Good overall but bad customer service. The person at the register was distracted and didn’t seem like they cared at all, with an attitude.

Same as any other Canadian tire has a better kitchen section than most other stores but the self checkout needs a serious overhaul. The whole process is garbage it starts off with a series of high pitched alarms to let you know you’re using self checkout and then the bag and scale section is right below the scanner so every item you go to scan it scans it a second time on the way to the bag. The person at the control station for self checkout also seemed to have a hard time using computers so I’m probably never going to use it again.

Was really excited to visit your store - quite large and open 7am to 10pm so could see myself visiting often. Just moved into the area and came looking for a tool chest to get organized in my new garage. I happened upon a good deal on a tool chest in your store and summoned some assistance. I was helped by a nice lady who advised there were none in stock. Not to worry I said I would be happy to take the floor model. Well I don't see why they wouldn't sell that to you

I came here for my seasonal tire change. My appointment was at 8am and I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. Parked the car in front of the service centre and went inside the service centre for check-in. The staff were nice and asked the right questions and gave me a timeline for when my car will be ready.The service centre is spacious and can provide service to at least 10 cars simultaneously. They also sell tires and rims in the centre. The waiting room has a TV and some couch for people waiting for their cars. During the working hours, you can do some shopping while waiting.It took about 75 minutes for my car to be ready and all I had to do was to come back for torch check.

Best CT in the area. Has saved my butt a number of times with their later hours on Sundays. This store is large and usually has good stock on items.

I've lived in a lot different cities in Ontario and this is by far my favourite CT location. What other location is open until 10pm seven days a week? The store is enormous, has a massive selection, and a very nice garden centre.Customer service is also quite good. Just bought my son a bike and was having issues with the shifting. They tuned it up for us and fixed a broken derailleur cable free of charge.This particular location also has a lot of really good store exclusive sales several times per year.

The retail store has a decent selection of merchandise, although it is often difficult to find what you are looking for, what is even harder to find is an employee to help you. Today in the paint department (after waiting for 10 minutes and pushing the assistance button multiple times) an associate was still nowhere to be found. Eventually I left the area to flag down someone, who then informed me the button wasn't working. After a brief explanation of my upset, there were zero apologies to be offered. The party city selection is minimal!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Canadian Tires. They consistently fail to respect appointments and keep customers waiting for an hour or more, even when arriving early. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism.I have experienced these delays on multiple occasions, and it has become a frustrating pattern. Canadian Tires seems to disregard the importance of appointment times and does not prioritize their customers' time.The overall service quality I received during these visits was subpar. The staff showed a lack of urgency and organization, which only added to the frustration. These experiences left me dissatisfied and inconvenienced.I hope Canadian Tires takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their appointment management and providing better service. Until then, I would caution potential customers to consider these issues before choosing Canadian Tires for their automotive needs.
