First time in Calgary, I was able to test a proper Indian-Chinese food. Ordered veg hot and sour soup, veg schezwan noodles and it was so delicious with peoper Indian spice level. Owner Sunil express high quality customer service and professionalism. Very happy and will definitely visit again very soon. Thank you.

The staff is super nice and kind! They always go above and beyond for their customers! Their food is really good, as well! I specifically love their veg Manchurian, schezwan Hakka noodles and their chicken lollipop! I’m glad I finally found a good indo-Chinese restaurant! Amazing service GingerFresh!

Excellent food. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard.Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! This is my absolute favorite restaurant now!!!

Tasty spices and sauces. New food for us , so we wanted a variety of take out to try, so ordered the schezwan chicken lollipops, Manchurian cauliflower, burnt garlic Hakka noodles with shrimp, burnt chilli fried rice with veg Manchurian balls and the spring rolls. Chose medium spice levels. All the dishes were interesting and delicious, spice level was relatively high, so if you don’t tolerate spice well, go mild. Portions were generous. We really enjoyed our dinner. Our service was friendly and excellent. Take and delivery only in Temple. We will be back!

Good customer service and nice people. I placed an order for iftar and it was ready on time.Above average food. Lollipop chicken was really good but rest of the items were okay.Rice and Hakka noodle quantity was good but chicken munchurian quantity was too less for the price.Other halal chinese places give more food for less price.

We recently ordered take-out from this awesome Indo-Chinese restaurant and were blown away by the flavors. The chicken lollipop was a standout dish - perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. We also tried the veg Manchurian and Triple Szechuan chicken rice, both of which were packed with flavors and had a great balance of spices. This is a perfect place for authentic Mumbai street food flavors in every bite. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Indo-Chinese cuisine in Calgary.

Stopped off on the way home to pick up something quick and tasty. First time enjoying tasty info Chinese food and was not disappointed. The flavors in the burnt garlic noodles came through wonderfully and the spice levels are as accurate as explained - flavorful and fresh.Owner Sunil was also really great in suggesting the vegetarian option.Excellent customer service, excellent flavor will definitely come again and try different options

Amazing food, never had such an authentic street style indo-chinese food in canada!We were visiting Calgary and arrived here so late for dinner, eventhen the owner was so kind to let us eat in the store despite it being a takeout location.Highly recommend visiting GingerFresh for an unforgettable indo-chinese food experience!

Stopped off on the way home to pick up something quick and tasty. First time enjoying Hakka food and was not disappointed. The flavors in the burnt garlic noodles came through wonderfully and the spice levels are as accurate as explained - flavorful and fresh. Also genuinely surprised at the serving size - I had half of it leftover and I'm looking forward to it tomorrow.Sunil was also really great in explaining the history of the food and his passion for starting this up with his wife.Excellent customer service, excellent flavor, excellent portion size, excellent price. Excited to see how they do in the future.
