Dairy Queen (Treat)

I was standing in line waiting on my break to get ice cream from this place. Two girls butted me in line to get a water bottle, after I told both the girl and the worker that I was clearly next in line they BOTH ignored me and continued the transaction, the cashier even knew I was next because he called me FIRST. He knew I was next and normally I would be nice and let the person go ahead of me but on my short break don’t have that much time. I work in the mall so I know how hard it is to serve costumers but common decency isn’t that hard.

I have enjoyed DQ in the past, but it's 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon and this one's not open. Has this location closed down? No notification as to what's going on...

Do not ever buy the hot dogs here. They cook them in the microwave only. And they are not cooked at all. You can't cook a hot dog in a microwave. The Health department needs to pay them a visit. Food poisoning waiting to happen.

New item on menu fruity blast chocolate dip for cones. It’s a fun light purple colour and reminds me of the taste of yellow fruit loops cereal. It looks better than it tastes but kids had fun trying it out. Probably just stick to basic chocolate dip cone next time

Review based on the ice cream cake.Called this Dairy Queen location to ask if they had any blizzard ice cream cakes left. The lady on the phone was really nice and friendly. She informed me that there were plenty of ice cream cakes left and they would not be sold out by the end of the day.I came by and picked up a strawberry cheesecake blizzard ice cream cake. It costs a little more than the regular ice cream cake but it was absolutely delicious. They are priced at $36.99 for an 8inch cake and $40.99 for a 10 inch cake.I feel like the blizzard versions are tastier. This one is not at sweet as the regular versions because it doesn't have that layer of fudge and cookie bits. Rather it has a layer of strawberry syrup. Strawberry cheese cake blizzard with cheese cake bits. Overall, the ice cream cake was delicious.

We looked for dairy Queen on the square one map 3 times and couldn't find it!

I ordered a Blizzard and got less than what I expected, obviously they cut corners here and provided an inferior product to the customers here just to save themselves a few cents each transaction. Our Blizzard was watery and tasteless and very little Oreo content. Both my children noticed it right away, because they had the same product at the Dairy Queen at the Tomken Plaza and it was a far superior experience. Now I know where to go next time when I want a real Dairy Queen experience not at Square One for sure. Learn to treat customers fairly for what they pay for.

Ordered a custom cake online, received order confirmation. Went to pick it up on pickup date as indicated on confirmation form and the location was closed (January 13, 2023 at 4:00 pm.) No sign or anything to indicate why it was closed (in the mall no less). Beware of this location!

One of the workers here really needs to understand how to manage a crowd. It was close to closing time, and the workers had poor communication with each other because one of them was saying that they were closed, and the other one was saying that they were still taking orders. It was super confusing in an organized on their end, and that resulted in a lot of waiting in line. It made some people upset because they had to give up their line in spot because in the end they were closed. I managed to get my order in, and I ordered a Oreo blizzard dirt pie. Firstly, the menu is super confusing and I can’t really read or see anything. I didn’t even know I was ordering that, I just saw the first thing and just ordered it. But there was no image or description at all so I didn’t even know what I was ordering. When the worker pulled out some gummy worms I was like, oh my goodness I didn’t even know they were going worms in this. There’s not really a problem, but it would’ve been nice for me to know ahead of time. The ice cream itself was really good, but honestly I think it’s a little bit overpriced.
