I worked with Mr. Holland regarding a slip and fall accident that has caused chronic back pain. I didn't think it was worthwhile pursuing until I realized the limitations these issues were causing for me long term. Mr. Holland (Dan), was incredibly knowledgeable and kind through out the entire process. He let me know a reasonable number we could expect and was very honest about how long this process could take.We weren't working with the most efficient claims adjuster from the company in question. Dan was incredibly patient with my constant anxious follow up emails and phone calls.
