I recently had an eye exam appointment and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly polite, and the equipment used was of high quality. I particularly enjoyed meeting my doctor, who spent half an hour with me to check my eyes thoroughly.From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which helped me feel at ease. The examination equipment used during the appointment was impressive, and the doctor explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood what was happening at each stage of the exam.I was particularly impressed with my doctor's dedication and professionalism, as she took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She provided me with a prescription for new glasses.Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a comprehensive and professional eye exam. The staff were polite, the equipment was top-notch, and the doctor was exceptional, making for an excellent experience.

Beautiful store in a popular location. The prices for the glasses are more than reasonable, with a wide array of choices for the actual lenses and coatings. Bailey Nelson offers so many different frames! From edgy to more conventional - there's a frame there for everyone and the prices are so reasonable.I was impressed by the friendly service, the thoroughness of the measurements for my glasses, and the wide selection of frames. I selected two frames and went through the various measurements so that the glasses could be made for me. This was a cheerful and efficient process. I was then told that the glasses would arrive within + or - ten business days.I received a text message well before that, announcing that the frames are ready! The glasses fit well right out of the box, provide me with clear vision and I love the frames that I selected!! I highly recommend this business.

Having glasses for just about 2 decades I am over the moon with my first Bailey Nelson experience at the Robson location. I do enjoy their frame selections. Nazareth greeted me and helped me select frames that fit my face and the style I was going for. Her eye for style is fantastic!Once my frames were selected, Nazareth walked me through all the other elements to my lenses. WOWZERS!!! in 20 years I had not known of the possibilities to have thinner and more scratch resistant lenses. Both Nazareth and Jarred gave me solid recommendations and insight on what options I should choose for my lenses for all 3 of my frames I had selected.Just about a week later, they were ready to pick up and once again I was greeted with a warm welcome from the Bailey Nelson team. Nazareth fitted my glasses to perfection and made sure my frames were comfortable. She even fixed up my old pair for the gym!I highly recommend Bailey Nelson Robson Street for your eye wear needs and expertise. They are all welcoming people!

Beautiful, unique designer sunglasses with lovely staff who shared my enjoyment trying them on. Plus, they did a pro job adjusting the fit for me.,one pair was $209 but it was $263 for two paid so it got two! The 30 day return policy made that an easy decision. My only complaint is they don't take cash.,

Helpful staff and a good selection of very reasonably priced frames. I have just purchased my fourth pair from the store and have always been very pleased with the quality, service and price. I have had a minor issue of fit with my latest pair but the customer follow up from a member of the team and the store manager, has been excellent. Highly recommended

Fabulous selection of frames to meet a variety of different personal styles, and at very attractive pricing. But more importantly, outstanding service. Specifically, Nikki has been extremely helpful. I genuinely feel like she cares about getting my glasses working and fitting correctly for best vision experience. Huge thanks and it is this continued diligent service and support that keeps me coming back to this BN location for several different pairs of frames and for a variety of different uses.

Chantelle was very patient and helpful with my prescription sunglasses I picked out! I received them in the mail in a timely manner and they don’t need any adjustments they’re just perfect. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable compared to competitors. Plus, the quality is there. I am so happy!

My experience at Bailey Nelson was fantastic! I went there to get my first pair of glasses and everyone was super nice, super attentive, and willing to answer every single questions I had. The Doctor that chequed my eyes was very personable, and she explained everything in detail. Kudos to the staff! I've been helped by 3 or 4 different staff members and they were all super helpful, and even gave me their advise on which frames looked better on me.
