Great group. I called on a long weekend for urgent service in my office. Curtis was at our site within an hour with the right equipment for the job. I would definitely recommended this team.

They quoted my house at 44sqs big, that's 3 times the size of my house actually so guess there, screwing everyone in Smiths Falls, their liar's and i will expose them. There estimate said 756ft of ridge, 255ft of hip, that again is waaaay over the actual size. So I guess the insurance company there in bed with is also getting screwed. I will be doing more digging into this as my buddy who owns a roofing company said my roof is only like 18sqs big.

I am very shocked at the treatment I just received after calling Service Master for help with a mildew issue. I simply asked how I go about having something come out to check on a mildew issue for an elderly lady friend of mine and the owner (Rob) was very rude, ignorant telling me he could not answer my questions, telling me if could take 15mins or 30mins or 2 days to look at it, and how expensive it was going to be, making it sound like I was an inconvenience and not really wanting my business. He was beyond rude and I simply asked if he spoke to all of his customers this way and he yelled You can go somewhere else" and hung up on me. I was not rude or ignorant in asking simple questions on what steps to take to have the mildew looked at and his response was uncalled for. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this service provider."

My husband and I have water damage in our roof and ceiling, due to wind - which was already determined by ServiceMasters. We got the assessment report done in February. It took 4 months for ServiceMasters to send the insurance company the assessment report, and they forgot to send the cost estimate, even after multiple follow-ups. The cost will not be completed or sent to my insurance company according to Don. The franchisees owner (Don) FINALLY called me (May 25th and again on the 26th) he ultimately told me to go somewhere else (another company) for asking him when the cost estimate would be sent to my insurance company. When I refused to listen to his excuses and insurance blaming - he proceeded to get upset because I simply wanted to know when the cost would be sent. He was incredibly unprofessional as a business owner. I will be contacting the BBB. I do NOT recommend this company. The owner desperately needs customer service training. He should NOT be a reputable companies representative, nor a franchisee. The guys that work for him were very professional, and very easy to deal with. It’s the owner that needs to change .

Do NOT allow your insurance company to send these people out. My fire was in Aug. they ripped my siding off months ago exposing my Mansfield, destroyed my fence doing gravel, the grade in yard permitted yard to flood, left burnt items still in yard and promised in Dec they would start repairs in 2-3 weeks.

The workers were friendly , efficient and compassionate. At a time, when I was very stressed out about the flood damage. They took care of the clean up very quickly and were very honest about everything. I would highly recommend them ! Thanks again guys! You managed to reassure a very stressed out mom!
