I have had a great experience with them when it came to replacing my gas hot water tank last year and my furnace this month. Great customer service , & friendly knowledge staff.

Probably one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Two people installed my hot water tank (the first time). As I am currently working from home, I could hear (most of) their conversation, which was always polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. They even said please and thank you" to each other. Then a couple of months later

I made an appointment with McNamee to come see why my heat pump wasn’t working.Technician arrived late, took no tools from his vehicle, looked at the outdoor unit for~ 5 minutes, looked at the furnace for ~5 minutes and changed the settings on my thermostat (30 minutes at most on premises) and billed me for 2.5 hours~close to $375I complained and bill was reduced by $150How many seniors are being fleeced by these people

I have had a hard time to find the right company and I gave this company a call and finally I have found a very very good company . They did a awesome job they were professional and did a very clean job. There price was very fair and I couldn't ask for a perfect start dealing with this company.

Had them come in to service my hydronic heating system. Part of which had not worked since we bought the house (3 years ago) and was the entire basement heating system (in slab heating). They were able to service the system, find the problem and had the slab heat up and running in under 3 hours. Service person was polite and professional, and arrived at the exact time that was stated on the phone. Can’t say anything negative at all about the experience.

The technician came to check on our oil furnace and told me that it would cost at least $1,500 to fix the issue. Also suggested us to switch to Propane furnace for ~$8,000.I called a technician from another company for a second opinion. The person came, and within 15 mins, he replaced the belt and fixed the issue.We're so happy that I did not take McNamee's words and went for a second opinion instead.

When I called and told them what was going on with the furnace before they came out to look at it for they would come prepared. When the Tec came to the house he came with no parts/tools to fix the problem. The problem was a belt on the furnace. The Tec ended up drive back and forth to Perth (2) to pick up a belt for the furnace.When the bill came in I called to talk to them about it and how I was not happy with it. I was told on the phone that they couldn't carry all the belts for the furnaces because there are to many brands out there. So I googled wood furnaces there are 3. So I guess for him to grab 3 belts before leaving the shop is to much to ask.I was also told the owner would call me and we could discuses the bill before they would charge it to my visa. That was March 16th. I am still waiting for the call. But they sure know how to charge the visa.The bill was $466.11. The belt was $22.49I don't know what other chose I have if the owner doesn't call me then to put in a complaint with the BBB and CRA.

I had a heat pump system installed at my property last summer, rated to -27c. It didn't work - wasn't able to keep the temperature up if the temperature was anywhere below zero.Talked to Brad in March and he agreed to remove the system and negotiate a refund. Since then I haven't been able to connect with anyone. I've sent numerous e-mails, talked to office staff (someone will get back to you soon..) and left several voicemails on Brad's phone.I hope we can come to a resolution, but my experience hasn't been good. If you aren't happy they'll ghost you.
