I have been going to Motherpluckers for over 5 years and they never miss. The environment is so welcoming and positive, every time I go there I am immediately uplifted. I have only had Vanessa and Olivia do my brows and from those experiences alone I can tell you they are amazing at what they do, I am always so impressed and happy with the results of my brows when I leave. It is very obvious they care about their clients and are super accommodating to your needs. I highly recommend going here.

Such amazing and kind staff, an incredibly clean environment, the most radiant and happy energy, and always beyond amazing results. Every visit has exceeded my expectations, leaving me so excited to return for my next appointment as I walk out of the store. I've had both Vanessa and Jade, and they're amazing. They always take so much care to make sure I'm comfortable, are so personable, and have the best attention to detail!!

Had my first eyebrow wax and first time visit to Motherpluckers a few weeks back. Loved my experience and plan to return in the future. A little pricey than what I am used to paying for my brows however that being said HIGHLY worth it for the peace of mind that they will not ruin your face and will take the time to make sure you leave happy.

A month ago I came here for the first time and was greeted with nothing but kindhearted, patient, warm, and genuine people. The space is so beautiful and so cozy. My appointment was with Vanessa who was so thorough in asking what I like about my brows, what I don't like, and what would suit me best. Vanessa even spent time teaching me how to fill in my brows. Vanessa is honestly an angel and her skills are truly remarkable.

This place became me and my moms go to for brow shaping, brow lightning, lash lift and tint. Rosalind does a great job. Unfortunately, we will no longer be going there again after a time I had booked a brow lightening. I had finished work later than expected and called stating that I’ll be late in advance. The lady that answered said they won’t have time to complete the service as 15 minutes is only scheduled for this. She rescheduled me for an hour later instead. I went back home and left again to make the appointment and arrived 5 minutes late (unfortunately couldn’t find parking and parked far) I messaged telling them I parked and she told me there isn’t enough time. The next day I got charged the full service amount for no show. I understand them not having time to complete the service if they’re fully booked but to also charge a no show fee is ridiculous as this was the first time it happens. Especially that it was such a short appointment too.

I booked a brow lamination and brow shaping here at motherpluckers in preparation for an event. To preface I have had many brow laminations done at other studios prior to this appointment with no complications, and have had my eyebrows waxed for years, with no history of irritation or discomfort. After my appointment at motherplucker, I woke up the next morning with swollen eyelids and a chemical burn on both of my brows, eyelids and a small portion of my forehead. This left my skin raw and with a burning sensation. I now have to apply a topical antibiotic for the chemical burn and have trouble opening my eyes. Please do your research before getting cosmetic procedures done. I was refunded for my service after speaking to the studio however my upper face is very much affected. I believe my brows were over processed, and did not expect this reaction as I have had this procedure done in the past multiple times at other studios, as stated above. I am now on an antibiotic to treat severe burns. I can say that when performing a procedure involving significant amounts of chemicals on a client, great caution must be taken and the professional must pay close attention to the timing and saturation of the brows to avoid any damage, such as a chemical burn.

Such a great experience! It was my second time here and they really make you feel comfortable and welcome! My brows look amazing definitely worth every penny! Olivia was amazing, 10/10!!!
