Such a unprofessional and rude branch manager. Her name is Toni Bissett. She harassed and threaten us.This travel agency is not recommended. They don’t do their job properly and most of my friends did a legal action with them. Don’t trust on them

Top notch service.. if you ever want to plan a trip to Mexico ask for Cindy! She is the best.. Amazing attention to detail. Prompt replies to questions, lots of research for the best prices and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend her for your travel needs! Even offered to phone the hotel we booked at in Melaque, Mexico for us to act as a translator with something we where looking for!

Shockingly poor service! Standing on premises with three out of four agents available, and no greeting and no interest to help. I was told to book an appointment via email. Guess the $10,000 I have to spend will go to someone who actually wants to help me book my trip.
