I came out of this clinic knowing more about my eyes than ever before. Definitely 5 star plus.

I would have given 1 star for the area where you get your glasses. Get 3 stars cause Dr Hirt is terrific and great with kids. But this is a review about my unfortunate bad experience with buying my daughters glasses here. We got nice ones with transitions and everything so she would have a good pair. But as soon as she tried them on they were off and blurry and not right. They said to have her wear them and get used to them. But every time she put them on they bothered her. We went back and had an apt with the manager not once but twice! & they are still no good. So now I have a pair of $500+ glasses that have hardly been worn. They refuse to take them back. I had Dr Law look at them and that Dr said yes the prescription is off and they are probably heavy for her to wear! So now expensive glasses sit on the shelf and my 9 yr old has to keep wearing her old scratched ones! I recommend going somewhere else! I will be next time.

Bought very expensive glasses 16 months ago, had to have major work done less than a year ago on frames and now the frames are still tight and a lens is lost. They expect me to pay full cost and be happy. I will never use this establishment again. Huge ripoff

Well kudos to everyone at Inova. I didn’t have an appointment, but got squeezed in, because of an eye concern. Susan thank you for listening to me and approaching the optometrist. Jack, those tests, I hate. You did them so quickly and efficiently. Thank you. Dr.Hirt, thank you for seeing me, making referrals and putting my mind at ease. You guys rock

The team at Inova Eye Care were amazing. Everyone was friendly, patient and courteous. Our family of 6 (with 4 young energetic kids in tow) saw Dr Lam. He was exceptionally good with the kids, and took the time to explain everything so clearly to us. On top of the great vision care, he boosted our van when it died in the parking lot! Talk about incredible service.

Their expertise and eye care is second to none. My family has a very strong genetic eye condition. Other local optometrists had previously told us they were testing for the condition - which they were not. I can say Innova is the only reason several in my family have not lost their eye sight. I would not trust our vision to anyone else!!

Don't hesitate or shop around...INOVA is the place to come! They fixed a problem for me that my regular optometrist created and they did it in a friendly, fast, professional manner. Great work!

Great people great service I'm not sure why people complain

They are amazing! This is the place if you need any eye care. They saved my husband eye with quick action and booking him into Kingston to see a specialist. My husband had surgery that saved his eye the next day. Had they not been so proactive my husband would’ve lost his vision as to a retina tearing. Also they phoned the same day of his appointment in Kingston to see how it went and were so caring. We have no words other than they are simply the best in all areas. We can’t thank youenough.Jenn and Kyle
