Avis Car Rental

Had a last minute rush call for work when my car was down. They were accommodating and got me mobile in a short space of time. Will surely consider them first if I need another vehicle to rent.

My partner and I tried to book a car from this location and the man wasn’t wearing a mask. He was also quite transphobic towards me since me drivers license picture is old and wouldn’t let me use my partners credit card (which ive had no problemla elsewhere) to pay. He said our reservation was cancelled, despite us checking in online and never told us the price we were paying, only an estimate which wasn’t even close to what we were told. There’s a big difference between $200 and $500. We ended up leaving without a car because that’s how terrible the service is

I had really great service from the fella there, kind and great energy. But the car was not cleaned from the last driver, there were crumbs and little black hairs everywhere. Service engine light was on which unfortunately I did not notice until I stopped about 1.5 hours north. I called in as the car was also being very jumpy when I braked, something seemed off. Was simply told it's fine, the car is brand new, nothing is wrong. ....nottt ideal for a solo road trip up in the country but all was fine in the end

I've been renting vehicles from this location since last year october and I have had only good experiences. From car availibity, great service, and great incite about the car market. I'm very thankuful for Nadeem he's has always helped me out. It always has been a smooth process for me when im picking up a vehicle.

My experience was ok but I'll probably avoid this location in the future.My car had an alert for overdue oil change and I was told not to worry about it.. The car smelled weird and I later found a cigarette butt in front of the passenger seat.

Had an inconsiderate experience with this rental. At the time of pick up I’d asked for prepay fuel option which was not added. I’m new to the country & the car was new to me as well - was having trouble connecting to Apple CarPlay. Instead of helping or providing helpful assistance Nadim stood sniggering at the side. The site was listed as enhanced cleaning - the car hadcobwebs on the mirrors and all the windows were Dirty!! I personally would’ve been embarrassed to rent such a dirty car to somebody else.

I rented the car for the first time from Avis! The car is filthy and smelling , Upon asking for a cleaner car they mentioned all the cars are like this ! My deposit is still not returned and its been 4 days !I advise everyone to rent cars from reputed companies like Enterprise or national or budget.This places looked like a joke/scam

Not a good experience. Renting the car was easy and the pick up was okay but two months after I rented the car they charged my credit card for $130. I spent hours calling around the different Avis numbers to try to figure out what had happened. The workers at this location were no help at all. 1 month later my money was returned to me because they should never have charged it in the first place. Be careful.

Its Ok OK! I reserved a full size but was given a Corolla hatchback (no trunk space compared to full size sedan) but still was charged for full size (the $ difference was less but still its not professional). They had other cars parked so not sure about the availability of full size as I was only going to use it for local weekend shopping (thus did not care) but this could be an issue if someone has planned a vacation trip and then lands up in a smaller car. Thing is that as a Customer if I am paying for a specific car, the company should make sure to give me that car or at least an upgrade, if they are giving smaller car, they should not still charge the same for whatever segment i booked. I should not be asking and requesting for everything, its a service industry!

Gave me a dirty car, fast food rappers in the doors, and dog hair. Not happy!
