I dealt with Jesse the other day, and this woman went above and beyond to assist us with our issues. She’s friendly, innovative, and I mean that to represent all of the different avenues that she pursued to resolve our problem.In the future, I will wait until she’s available to assist us, she’s just that good!!

Phone charging port was in rough shape. I needed a new phone. Price comparison was done, a detailed breakdown of facts amd prices was done right there. I was even assisted with transferring contents from one phone to another, which took awhile due to having an outdated device we were transferring from. Excellent service, would definitely go back.

I came in wanting a small upgrade. With Chase’s incredible help, I walked away with an iPad that works better, an Appleid problem quickly solved that I thought would be impossible, several things reconfigured for more convenience, and a few tricks learned.Chase is super smart, efficient, highly knowledgeable, kind and patient (!!!), and the only techie I know who also makes things fun! Along with making a few fast changes for me, he gave me the space to learn how to do other things for myself.I’d rate him 100 stars!
