Both my wife and I recently had an appointment to check our eyes for change in vision script and further occular health. Vince was very patient, professional and was never rushed in his demeanor. I am easing into progressives for the first time, while Vince really delved deeply into figuring out how my script versus the type of lens would benefit me for my particular work and personal lifestyle.

My daughter is Dr. Gagliardi's patient for many years and we have never had any issues with his prescriptions, appointments or anything else other people complaining about. He knows what he is doing and has courteous and professional staff.

Disgusting customer service. Have been going there since it opened and so has my family. Not one of us will be stepping back in there. Good luck trying to make an appointment as no one answers there phones. They dont get back to you in any timely manner unless you consider a 15 day waiting period for a call back great timing. Will never go back. Also the revolving door of employees will show you the disrespect he has for his representatives. No wonder they dont answer
